Had a great stay at this hotel--the peaceful outdoor garden/yard area is lovely for sitting and reading, the room and bathroom are top-rate, the infinity pool is a dream. Everything perfect. Very polite staff, supplied towels and robe and slippers for spa. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, maybe if the wifi could stretch into the outdoor breakfast area. :)

Friendly staff, comfortable and modern room, very clean, beautiful communal outdoor patio to enjoy, a nice indoor pool, quiet. The breakfast spread is great, and worth the add on! A lovely, solid place to stay.
Overall, everything was great. A couple things - I would like to have had a mini fridge in the room.
Also, an updates TV, that includes streaming apps on the TV. The TV was basic local channels, all in German. Would be nice for international travels to have more options to watch while relaxing in the hotel room.

The room was large, it was nice to have a pool and sauna and the staff were generally helpful.
The location is not good, this hotel is not in Friedrichshain. Housekeeping knocked at 8am Saturday morning!?! Breakfast was overpriced and there's no way to make tea/coffee in the room.
