The owner was very nice and the property was very pleasant. It was a nice stay. The owner also gave us some useful tips around the surrounding restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property and in Toronto.
The level of cleanliness could be higher (bed sheets had some stains, maybe using more powerful clothes detergent would help).

Location is great, three Subway stations close by so it’s easy to get Downtown.
Room was quite large, washroom was clean. Staff gave good recommendations for food and activities around town.
Fresh fruit for breakfast.
When we arrived, there were stains and hair on the sheets as well as some leftovers in the mini bar fridge. The owner found a good solution the same night by relocating us to another room temporarily, though.
Walls are thin, you can hear people talking in the neighbouring room (washroom).
Breakfast was very basic with frozen bagels and the same every day.
AC fans are controlled centrally for multiple rooms on the upper floor.
