The location was perfect. It was centrally located between the Trevi fountain, the forum, the Colosseum and wonderful shopping.
There is no on-site staff available for check-in or check out unless you make prior arrangements and set an exact time. However, once contacted, staff does arrive promptly. Also, one member of our group became ill, and the staff responded immediately to help in any way they could. The property itself was large enough and had a lovely bathroom. There was a daybed in the room that we could use as a sofa.

The location was lovely
The room and bathroom was small. This was a bed-and-breakfast that had no breakfast room and no breakfast. Something about being unavailable at the time, but the pricing was not adjusted. No proper reception or setup, but the one employee that we dealt with was very nice.
