About this house rental

Located in Chattanooga, this charming house for $190 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a newly remodeled farmhouse style home with very convenient highway access to downtown Chattanooga. Within minutes you can be at our popular attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Aquarium. This home is full of comfort and warmth nestled at the foot of Lookout mountain and Raccoon mountain. With tons of great food options and activities to do downtown. This farmhouse style rancher has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are smart TV's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms along with a 50 inch smart TV in the Living room. Out front, there is street parking available as well as two spots in the driveway. This Ranch home has a full kitchen with basic cooking ware; pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. There is a dining room table and a large couch nestled in the living room to add extra comfort. There is a keurig with several different coffee options available for all of our coffee lovers. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

There was plenty of room for the six of us, and the house was less than 10 minutes away from downtown and other attractions. Had a brief moment when the power went out and the hosts were super quick to respond and take care of it! We had a wonderful time.

The air conditioning didn’t work well. We had to pull the fans out to cool the house down. The king size bed mattress kinda caved in the middle. When we left it was pouring down rain and we got soaked where the water ran off on the front stoop….needs an awning or something to reroute the water. Otherwise a good stay. Thanks.

My mom, sister, and I stayed in Chattanooga for a few days, and this house was in a great location - easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood. The property management was easy to reach and very responsive to my questions. This house would be great for a family with kids. It's just about 10 minutes away from most of the cool sights in the area.

So much to do in Chattanooga and this house was not far from any of it. Just a 4 minute drive to down town and close to Ruby Falls, Look Out mountain, Rock City, the Tennessee River and so many parks & hiking trails.

I had a great time there with my family. Everything was clean and well acomodated. The location was perfect to close to stores and specially too close to the attractions Ruby falls (8mins aprox), Rock City Garden (16mins aprox), Jack Daniel,s Destillery and much more. I definetely recomend this property to everyone.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great as it is very close to downtown. We were a little worried about road noise at first being a problem at night but my kids already sleep with sound machines and since the owner provides sound machines in every room already we did not notice the road noise at all. Even our 1 year old, 3 year old and 6 year old slept perfectly through the night. Over all extremely happy with our stay and would recommend. We will be sure to rent again if ever passing back through. :)

We had a great time at this small house! My colleagues and I were in town for a work conference and this was the perfect little house for us to relax and unwind after the long days of learning. Plenty of space for the 3 of us and a great location near the highway. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and it worked wonderfully for our stay!

It was good. We had issues with air conditioning but it was fixed within 2 days. The bathroom in the hall was clogged and notified manager. They came and out draino in which did not fixed the problem. I went and purchased a hair removal tool from ace hardware so that it would drain properly. Manager is very kind and worked hard to resolve any issues.

I was very happy with this house. It was very well laid out and clean. A much better option than having rented hotel rooms. It allowed several family members to gather comfortably in on space. I read in the reviews, others' concerns about highway noise but it didn't bother us at all. I would definetely go back.

This is a really great place. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. The location is extremely convenient. Everything we did, which is most of the common attractions, was less than 10 min away. Only a couple of minuses. It is right next to the highway so there is a lot of road noise at night. They provide noise machines and ear plugs so it is manageable. Also the lighting in the living room area is a little dim. A floor lamp would have been nice to brighten it up a little. Other than that, everything is great.

House was as advertised. Property was very clean, easy to check in and out and great communication from the property management company. House is very close to the interstate so you do have road noise but earplugs plus sound machines were provided in every room which I thought was a creative solution! Kitchen was very basic and could be more robust. Sink drains were a bit slow and the beds were firmer than we prefer, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property

We had a great stay and a great time; furniture and beds were all comfortable, etc. We just suspect that the property was furnished by a man, or by someone who has never stayed there. It needs more lamps, especially in the main living room. The overhead lighting is super bright. And it needs MORE light in the kitchen, where the overhead/in-room lighting is not enough. It needs more curtain panels along the front window. It needs more pots and pans, particularly a bigger frying pan, and perhaps some tupperware and plastic wrap / aluminum foil. Also needs one or two more cutting boards, and perhaps a casserole dish or two. Finally, each bathroom should have a couple of new rolls of toilet paper in the cabinet. We ran out and there were only four of us for two nights. :) Love the bath products, plenty of towels, great mattresses and couch and climate control and dining table. Thank you so much!

Came into Chattanooga for the head of the hooch rowing regatta. House was clean Location is convenient to get in and out of the city. Matt was easy to communicate with before arrival and was helpful with restaurant suggestions

Visited Chattanooga with my daughter and grandchildren for a short mid-week vacation. The location of this home was perfect. It was a short drive to all the city's tourist spots. The home had everything that one could possibly need. We really appreciated all the extra touches (coffee, ice, Moon Pies). My granddaughter (age 5) was especially excited that her room had a tv "with a remote". Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!
