We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line. After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs are available with Roku and Netflix while you’re on vacation. Our friends and neighbors next door, River Gorge Excursions, rent pontoon boats as low as $200.00 guided and unguided! Contact owner Jesse Gaylor (423) 987-1711 for rates and availability. Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary. It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga. Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking. NOTE: We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line. This place was perfect! Walking into our condo, everything was welcoming. All the amenities and then some. Plenty of fresh towels, cleaning supplies (we brought our own), paper products (brought our own as well), cooking & eating utensils. All you really needed was to bring your own food. And with 3 markets to shop from (Aldi, Super Walmart and Food City) 5 minutes away... it was a breeze. The big draw to this location was the proximity to the river. My husband enjoyed waking up at sunrise

Was better than we anticipated, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the view, and Chattanooga. Would recommend all who visit the area to take in National Medal of Honor Museum, a lot of history and would be beneficial to all middle schoolers, teenagers and young adults to help them understand the prices paid for their freedom.

Relaxing and amazing. They were overly accommodating and when we opened the door, we had a view of the Tennessee river to jump into. Also, we had a mix up (due to my error) on the checkout date, and they tried every angle to keep us an extra night.

This is the second time we have stayed in unit A because we love the location so much. Step out of your front door and the gorgeous Tennessee River is right there. We enjoy using the kayaks and there is a rope swing across the river that is so fun. Large deck with chairs, grill, fire pit, large grassy yard with toys for kids. Friendly cats will come visit you while you watch the river and enjoy outside environment. Flower pots everywhere are welcoming and pretty. There is a fabulous hike and waterfall super close to property. Lots of fun things to do in Chattanooga.

I as drove from Chicago home to Florida, I decided to take a small serene stop in Chattanooga, TN. This cozy home in front of the Tennessee river was a perfect spot, despite the rain, my little ones loved playing outside, and loved seeing the ducks. I rested in this perfect serene place.

We’ve stayed at this property 6-7 times. It’s our favorite vacation spot. My 4 boys love to fish, kayak, swim etc.... it’s so lovely waking in the morning and seeing the beautiful view of the river. Staff is always friendly and the owner Ray is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Can’t wait to come back soon!!

We always love visiting Chattanooga and staying in Rays property. He’s super friendly and very accommodating. It’s hard to find a comfortable place to stay with you have 4 active boys. There’s nothing better than fishing, swimming, kayaking and relaxing by the river. We always look forward to visiting.
