Nestled in Aspen, this charming condo for $434 per night is a great choice for your next break. ******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals****** 1 bedroom 1 bath Sleeps 2 people Master Bedroom -1 King bed with flat screen TV, window A/C unit installed during summer months Bathroom - Full tub and shower with double vanity Living area with floor to ceiling windows and views of Aspen Mountain, wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV Ski trail to and from Aspen mountain right outside your back door (advance skiing required) Hike in / out in the summer Unit is located on the third floor. No elevator access. You will love the floor to ceiling windows and designer upgrades at this modern 1 bedroom condominium in downtown Aspen. Aspen's downtown core with legendary restaurants, night life and shopping is just a short walk from this condominium. If you prefer, you can also take the free Downtowner on demand shuttle to the Aspen attractions. The ski access trail from Aspen Mountain means that you can access your home directly from the mountain. The access trail may not be available in early and late season depending on snow conditions. With the ski storage right outside your door you can put your skis on and access the ski trail to Aspen Mountain in seconds. At the end of the day, relax by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy some entertainment on the flat screen TV or listen to your favorite music on the Sonos speaker system. The comfortable master bedroom offers a king platform bed and a large flat screen TV. With only one other condo on this level this unit offers a quiet, private getaway for guests. Soak in the view as you enjoy dinner at the dining table in front of the windows that run from wall to wall. A full kitchen is available for you to create wonderful meals during your stay or, if dining out is your preference, just stroll down the hill to enjoy any of the incredible culinary experiences offered at the dining establishments in Aspen. Settle into the comfortable living room furnishings and unwind in front of the wood burning fireplace. On site amenities include a beautiful seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor grill and great views of the mountains. There is also a coin operated laundry facility located on the lowest level of the complex. There is limited on site parking or street parking for 1 vehicle available. This unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you need luggage assistance. ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning. Window A/C unit in the bedroom in the summer months is provided for your comfort*** Permit 071056 *If you are booking a stay in April-June or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool/hot tub is operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The property is a short walking distance to a lot of amazing restaurants and you are 200 yards from the lift and only 30 yards from the mountain. A perfect ski in and ski out location. Had an amazing time!!!

There were many hiccups in our trip but the property and owner were not part of them. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the owner was easy to get in touch with for any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the condo was everything we hoped. Our unit was spotless and the view was spectacular. We were very impressed that before and during our the the management company made certain we could contact them if we had any problems or concerns.

Beautiful property that is a little more than a block up the hill from Casa Tua. It’s a bit of a hike and on 3rd floor but the host was nice enough to send someone to help with my heavy luggage. Would definitely book again.

Great location and place. I true AC unit that is quiet would make this unit a 5 stars. Super noisy unit in bedroom. Hard to sleep if you need it on. Also quieter fan in the bathroom.

The unit needs more closet and drawer storage. It seems like the closet and drawers beneath the bed were ALL fillled with spare blankets. WAAAAY too many. 3 or 4 extra blankets would be plenty, but I'm guessing there was more than a dozen!
However, the views to the west (down valley) over the adjacent properties is phenomenal. Pool and hot tub are easy to access. Virtually any retail or restaurant establishment in town is within a short 10 minute walk.

I'll begin by saying the property management company was fantastic. They checked in almost every day to make sure all of our needs were met. I had one issue (a couple of the motorized blinds needed a charge) and they offered to come immediately.
As I said, the location is spectacular. Be aware it's at the top of the street and then 3 flights up with no elevator, so it's not feasible if you have asthma or heart issues or struggle with walking and climbing, or hauling your bags up to the unit (although the management company offers that service for a fee).
The unhappiest part of the reservation was seeing how the unit itself is in need of updating. Yes, it's been 'renovated' with nice soft-goods and lighting and looks terrific in the photos, but the unit itself is really tired. The flip side of that argument is that the state of the unit is probably why it's still affordable in oh-so-UNAFFORDABLE Aspen!
To summarize, my husband and I really enjoyed the fantastic new-feeling mattress and high-quality sheets, the great shower water pressure, the great management service and the location.
But the lack of an elevator and the overall shape of the unit itself makes me hesitate to rebook.

We loved our stay. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in the right place. The views were amazing,
and we found everything we needed. We also loved the location. We could walk everywhere and the transit system was just a block away for longer excursions. We would happily return to this beautiful condo facing the mountains, surrounded in beauty.

The condo was clean upon check-in and is as shown in the photos. There were just the two of us so the condo suited us well. Communication with the folks at itrip went smoothly. Yes, July can be hot and a 3rd floor condo can make that concerning; but with careful utilization of the motorized shades we stayed comfortable and opted not to rent the portable A/C that was offered. We both slept well in the comfortable king bed with open windows and the cool mountain breeze. Of note, the community laundry pricing has increased a little and there is no method by which to pay with credit card. Bring quarters (I was able to buy some from the gentleman at the transit station). The location, although uphill from town, was convenient walking-distance to everything we wanted to do. We had a terrific, memorable vacation. :)

The property is exactly as described. It was very pretty. It was very clean. Management followed up and reached out upon check in and to see if we were happy and needed anything. The apartment came stocked with bathroom basics such as shampoo, conditioner and body cream. The kitchen had all cooking basics. It was bright. You could open the windows up to get a breeze and fresh mountain air. It was well located a minute away from town. We were able to park easily in a lot outside. We really enjoyed our stay..

Honeymoon in Aspen
We were in Aspen for our honeymoon and this property was perfect! The location was great, we walked everywhere, and the unit was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, well decorated and functional. Management had great communication and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
