The hosts are incredibly attentive in this wonderful bed and breakfast with character and charm. We especially appreciated the cozy and comfortable beds in a quiet home adjacent to the downtown historic district . Breakfast included a wide array of fresh fruit, eggs, bagels, yogurt, coffee, and juice. They had beach chairs and towels to loan to guests as well.

They were very accommodating and helpful.
The B&B was lovely as was the breakfast. Location was excellent as you could walk to downtown.

Forrest was so kind and made everything easy! He was very nice and helpful answering all of my questions before and during our stay. Giuseppe helped us everyday at breakfast (great to have a breakfast everyday), with beach equipment and by keeping our bags at India house before check-in and check-out. The location of India House was great and allowed for easy walking to everything in town! We definitely would stay here again!
It would be helpful to have a restroom for guests to use before check-in and after check-out. But, it was fine.

Our accommodation, built in 1769, Mostly original apart from the dining room and kitchen and in the family since its construction to this day so full of antiques and art that may have otherwise been thrown out or given to thrift stores
