About this apartment rental
Wonderful new beach apartment only one block away from the Mediterranean Sea! Enjoy this exclusive apartment in Diagonal Mar surrounded by a nice park and only 4 metro stops away from the city center. This apartment is located in one of Barcelona's newest emblematic buildings and has gorgeous park and pool views. Beautiful, spacious, stylishly decorated apartment with large terrace offers a truly comfortable and convenient accommodation. Big terrace of 35m2 with table and chairs. Stylish living room features a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay. There two double bedrooms: an en-suite bedroom with large double bed and a twin bedroom. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. 2 Complete marble bathrooms. In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Caretaker and security guard 24 hours a day. There is an elevator in the building.

- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Quiet, comfortable, perfect place to stay for any occasion but especially convenient for meetings. As advertised - new, clean, modern apt, 8min walk from the convention center, across the street from the beach, few blocks from a mall and metro station. Doorman for most of the daytime hours. Very nice stay, no issues. Rental service meets you in person, quick short check in.
