The location was nice as I needed to go to the convention center.

I paid at the time I booked but the host did not send a receipt to submit to my work for reimbursement despite several requests.

perfect location for a conference at the CCIB, lovely people and nothing is too much effort

the location for the CCIB is fantastic, quiet building and nice terrace

there’s no fan in one of the bathroom so it steams up a bit

Great view, good location, too expensive for what you get, needs to be better cleaned between guests

The view from the apartment was beautiful.

It was extremely overpriced for what you got. It wasn’t very clean, considering that you pay 100$ cleaning fee and have to clean before you leave. Beds were not comfortable, air conditioning was turned off so the place was extremely hot. When I contacted the host about it she said yes turn it on but didn’t respond to my follow up questions about keeping the bedrooms cool. The person who met us with the keys was a bit confused about the parking spot. We had double checked there would be a cot but they left us a cot for an infant, not a toddler. They quickly fixed that though.

Nice apartment with only some minor quirks like burned out light bulbs. You get what you pay for. The place is close to the beach, quite far from most of the other places. E.g. it takes an hour to get to the Camp Nou.

Horrible customer service. My card was charged with an additional €52.80 and no explanation was given. Maybe it was the damage deposit, I don't know since nobody explained. It also wasn't refunded, so my money is still missing. I've been asking about it for a week but got no answers. So if you don't enjoy being charged with some random amounts of money and then being ignored, maybe chose another place to stay. EDIT: I finally managed to get my money back. They charged me twice for city tax by mistake. Had to reach out to Booking Customer Service to force them to reply and they still claimed that the charge was valid. I had to send screenshots of their own offer and all the charges, then argue a bit more. Ultimately they double checked and promised to return the money immediately, which took extra 2 days and me having to yet again ask about it. Dreadful experience, can't recommend this place to anybody.

Very close to the beach. Has paddle tennis and clean pool. Close to shops and restaurants. Good gym.

Little hard to get in and out. Had to have a key to go up and down the elevator.

The location is close to a metro, taxi rank and a shopping mall with some great restaurant options and a supermarket. The flat was well appointed and had lots of room. When one of our bags arrived late the hosts offered to arrange for our suitcase to be taken when delivered so we could travel and did not have to stay and wait. We stayed for four nights but would be comfortable for a longer stay.

View of beach is limited from the apartment - but the beach is only a 5 minute walk from the door.

Apartment locates beside a shopping mall which provides supermarket, restaurant and nice shopping experience. Bus stop is beside the building. Tram and subway station are within 5 minutes walking range.

Lovely flat for a family stay in a perfect location very close to the beach and many shops

Flat is in a great location with a huge mall opposite the the road. Spacious flats with lovely living room. Massive tv with prime and Netflix ! What a bonus

The flat couldn’t do with a good clean. Lots of dirty spots in the corner where the cleaner doesn’t get too. Some ruts in the bath too. The two bedrooms are also really small which can make a tight stay

Property was in a lovely location ! And very quiet too which me and my group of friends liked. Our stay in Barcelona wasn’t what we expected as the country went into lock down because of COVID so lucky the apartment was comfortable.

The shower is done by litres, a 3 min shower and the water is freezing! Which wasn’t the best due to their being 6 of us which was frustrating. The oven didn’t seem to work at all and would always turn off by itself, so we would have to do the oven half door open trick which was very annoying! But apart from that lovely place and the views are absolutely amazing

Great location, quiet, perfect for a business stay and a very clean and tidy apartment.

Location is perfect. It's clean and very quiet which was so important! Really enjoyable stay.

It would be great if there could be some water on arrival, but otherwise fantastic.
