The location could not have been better, the apartment is traditional and full of character me and my 5 friends were highly satisfied with everything. Staff were friendly and security on the door through the night was excellent.
There are plenty of facilities however they could do with updating, but nonetheless do the intended job perfectly.

The location is great, less than 10 mins walk from placa de catalunya, the metro is on the next block, supermarket and a cafe/restaurant next door. The size of the apartment is great for big families/groups, with most rooms having their own air-conditioning. Communication with the owner is amazing, every question was replied to very quickly and they were very helpful in directing to luggage storage near by (which was easy to use and cheap compared to other storage options) we also used Luggit so send our suit cases and carry on bags to the airport, so we didn't need to drag them around Barcelona on our last day.
The bathrooms could do with some air extraction fitting, the big shower could do with being tiled and having a better showerhead holder to allow you to direct the shower better.

Good location, light and airy apartment
Finding the apartment, no name on the internal door.
Basic fittings and bathrooms did not reflect the price point.
Price was not transparent, local taxes should be incorporated into the price.
