Clean and close to restaurants, bus station and shops
The AC unit was not in the bedroom and did not keep us cool at night.

Location was great ! 5 min walk to the centre of Fira ! The room was clean , but it was smelling chlorine from the pool outside of the room.
We asked for a coffee machine and the property responded very fast we had it in our room upon arrival. Also we did early check in without extra payment.
The bedroom did not have air condition inside the main room. It was in the living room. This was a problem because the bedroom was a bit hot.
Also the room did not have water bottles in the fridge which usually is common to have for a hotel in Greece. We are from Greece and we have visited many hotels so the room could have some products for welcome

The location is nice, close to lots of Fira activities, shops and restaurants.
Our room, "Artemis" was sold to us as a 2 bedroom suite and I sent an email specifically asking if there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms because we were two couple traveling together. There is one private bedroom and bath, but the other "bedroom" is not at all private, with no wall to enclose the sleeping space for privacy. Also, the indoor swimming pool makes the space extremely humid, the hotel runs a dehumidifier all day and night and it fills up at least once a day.
