The staff were very nice and efficient. The location is amazing, right on a huge, beautiful beach. The food was basic and fairly ok but there was always something on offer. There are some really nice patio areas (the place is huge) and nice clean pools. The cleaners do a fantastic job of the rooms and everywhere.
If you hire a car, parking can be a nightmare! People park all around there to visit the beach, in the hotel car park and right up the roads. The rooms need updating and I think they struggle to keep up with maintenance. Only one of the 3 lifts was working and that one was a bit dodgy. With 7 floors needing 14 flights of stairs you can be waiting a while to get up and down.
