It was a fantastic place to stay for a quick trip to Victoria. The location was great. Sevure parking a bonus. Everything we needed was in the suite. Easy check in and clear quick commu ication with the owners. Just awesome.

We leased this condo for one month and experienced the best of Victoria, BC, Canada. Lana and Ken furnished us with a bicycling Victoria map, and we cycled almost 800 km, and hooked up with a great group of local pickle-ballers. The downtown location was central to all our adventures. Like most major cities, homelessness and drug addiction plagues downtown Victoria. But we felt very safe (our #1 priority) in this condo, additionally, our vehicle and bicycles were also protected in the underground garage and dedicated bicycle storage room. Our second priority is a clean-living space, not only was it clean, but we were also pleasantly surprised at the amount of kitchen and bathroom supplies available. Our only recommendation is to update the websites old photos, example, the balcony is much improved compared to what we saw online. Would return to this condo if we find ourselves re-visiting in the future. Best of luck Lana and Ken!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well-presented, clean, comfortable and with excellent facilities. But, best of all, the location had great shops, entertainment and places to eat and drink, literally on the doorstep. It was at the heart of the city with easy access to all major attractions and just a short walk to the vibrant waterfront.

This is an excellent location from which to explore Victoria and experience different aspects of the city. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the apartment is nicely appointed and very well equipped with every kind of household item. The surrounding neighborhoods have many beautiful old buildings and churches and are great for walking, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The tourist attractions are also within easy reach by walking, car or transit. We felt very comfortable here and look forward to visiting again.

When we travel, we expect a comfortable bed and a good shower, amenities don’t really matter, we bring our own. We travel often and mostly stay at Home share locations, our expectations are usually exceeded.

Condo was very clean on arrival, and the host’s photos depict the property accurately. Check-in was very easy (electronic keypad), and the building is secure. The kitchen is very well-appointed with pretty much everything you’d ever need, including coffee, tea, sugar, seasonings- things you won’t find in many other VRBO rentals. Host also supplies toiletry basics, such as premium soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, body lotion, etc., just like a hotel. The bed is comfortable, and closet storage space is ample. Washer/dryer in unit, and laundry detergent is provided by host (thanks!). Location is fantastic! Walking distance to Inner Harbor/Empress Hotel (~6 blocks). Lots of varied restaurants and shops all around. Host was responsive to inquires both before and during the stay. All-in-all, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The suite was very clean & though we didn’t use the kitchen much it appeared to have all the necessary items to cook. The location was the best part- totally walkable to all major attractions and the underground parking was a plus. It was quite warm (no AC) but the fan really helped. Most indoor places we visited had no air conditioning. Property was in good repair & felt secure

Great location. My expectation on paying a $80.00 cleaning fee is that it’s clean when we get there. Not the case. Mirrors were filthy, glass dining table and desk were dirty. Kitchen backsplash and stove were dirty. Last but not least, the place was inundated with fruit flies. We travel to Victoria frequently., as indicated the location is excellent. We will not stay here again, nor will I recommend.
