Its cozy decor from West Elm and spacious rooms makes this home the perfect location for your next family vacation. You can stay in this amazing condo (duplex) and go to bed peacefully and relaxed while listening to the waves crashing outside your window. This stunning property has anything and everything you need and includes: *Master Bedroom California King, Second Bedroom California King, 3rd Bedroom has 2 Bunk Bed Sets (4 twins) (Property Sleeps Eight Comfortably) *A Large shared Patio On The Boardwalk! Perfect for Socializing and watching the sunsets! (The patio is a shared space with the condo above. This home is allocated the south side of the patio) *Newly Remodeled! New Modern Furniture and Flooring! * Flat Screen TVs in each room with Roku and cable *Full Kitchen With Quartz counter-tops and Stainless Steel Appliances *Relaxing Ceiling Fans In Each Room *A Spacious Master Bedroom With A Ocean View Deck All stays require 2 night min. Summer June 15 thru Aug24 are a Sat to Sat 7 day booking. Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years/Easter are 7 day bookings ** This is a Duplex. Our unit is the bottom unit with beach front patio attached. We have an ADT alarm system that we can instruct renters on how to enable/disable for their use during their stay. In addition, there are two external cameras for the front and back door. We do not view any "live" video during the guests stay, it is merely for post stay review should there be an issue that arises to protect both parties.

Excellent house with parking, although the garage parking is tight. You are sharing the garage and patio with another Vrbo above and behind this rental, so be aware it is a shared patio. Otherwise we had a great time. The Wi-Fi was fast and we were able to use the tv in all the rooms, kitchen was fully stocked and there was room in the main living room to store bikes and beach items. Overall great location and house.

This ocean front beach house is positioned in the perfect spot on Mission Beach. The comfortable patio, with a large umbrella, faces the beach which allowed us to enjoy long hours, even after we came in from the sand. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are very updated.

BEFORE YOU BOOK READ OUR REVIEW: The listing is misleading. You are not renting the entire "beach home" shown in the photos. The building has two units. This listing is for the lower level and we spent all weekend listening to footsteps from the "neighbors" right above our bed. There was no mention that the garage is shared by the renters in the upstairs unit. If the neighbor leaves the garage open your car is vulnerable to break ins. It is impossible to fit two small cars in the garage let alone a SUV. We spent more time directing traffic than on the beach. We were asked to move our car out of the garage by the other renters as they too thought they had the garage to themselves based on the misleading listing. Be prepared to see random people peeking into your kitchen window. The patio is shared, the grill is shared... none of this is disclosed in the listing. The property owner was not helpful at all. The jetted tub in the main bath didn't work. We called the owner several times and got no help. On top of all of this, the owner charged our credit card $60 for a broken coffee pot that's value isn't more than $30. Nothing was broken. Shady over-charging by the owner. Complete nonsense... we didn't break anything. Find another home- with property owners who actually care about other family's vacations!!!

The place was great and in a perfect spot for quiet beach days and walkable entertainment. House was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable too! The garage is pretty small (as listed) but parking was easy within a block of the beach. We will be back!

This house is in a great location for enjoying the beach, walking, bike riding, and sunsets. The house itself along with the furnishings (inside and out) are a bit dated and is in need of a "tune up" (inside and out). The master bath is a challenge for anyone with difficulty climbing up (and down) into a tight space that can be slippery. The garage was too small to accommodate a small SUV (Toyota Rav 4) but there was an accessible town-owned parking lot about 5 minutes away. Renters should know that this is a duplex with another occupant in adjacent space. As it turns out, the owners of the other half of the duplex were there while we were - they were very lovely people - wonderfully welcoming and helpful for orienting us to the area. Unfortunately there was construction going in their unit which resulted in dust and noise. The owners of the adjacent unit did the best they could to moderate the impact of the construction and we were thankful for that. My suggestion to the owner of the unit we rented would be to not rent it while construction is going on.

Let’s start with the fact that there was construction supplies in the garage which limited the space to one small car(owner said a small suv would fit,” could not be more inaccurate. Our Model 3 BARELY FIT next to all the construction equipment and supplies! Patio furniture was covered so we had to uncover and find proper placement. They were dirty and severely worn out(looked nothing like the photo)! On Saturday, at 7:30 am we were woken up but loud construction drilling and hammering on the third floor. I messaged the owner who apparently could care less and never responded. We were never told that there would be construction right above the bedrooms! Absolutely rude and disingenuous! The construction work was so loud we had to leave the the house for 5-6 hours! Defeating the purpose of renting a beachfront property! Everything was dusty and we had to do our own cleaning. We also had to wash the towels because they all smelled unclean. This owner should be ashamed of their listing. The house should NEVER HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE FOR RENT! Sunday morning we were awakened by construction again and loud stomping on the third floor. Thank God we were set to check out by 10! Also, if you have small children, forget this place! The dinning table GLASS COVER is bigger than the actual table which can injur your children! The front gate is unaligned leaving it open and your kids can walk out without you knowing. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST weekend getaway and I wish I could get my money back. DONT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! Vrbo should remove this listing.

We had an exceptional time staying here! The set-up of the house is great and has ample space for family and friends of all ages. You cannot beat the location! To hear the Pacific Ocean when you wake up in the morning is priceless, we wish we could have stayed longer.

We can’t wait to go back! Can walk to activities and restaurants. Great patio on the boardwalk. There is only one bathroom upstairs in the master suite…the other 2 bedrooms have to share a bathroom downstairs or the master bath. We didn’t mind because we were all family, but may be different if more than one family.

The house was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal. The property inside and out was clean and well-provisioned. The host was responsive and informative. We definitely will stay again if the need arises.

The unit has a great layout for a large family and great views of the ocean. Kitchen was set up well and very easy to prepare meals etc. This property has two bathrooms, one of which is located directly next to and in full view of the kitchen area. The property has another unit located above so be aware that you will hear your neighbors if they stay up late! We enjoyed our stay and the overall experience was great. The property manager contact was very prompt. We had no problems with any features inside the unit. Unfortunately for us, we visited during some rain storms and the outside patio furniture was not covered when we arrived, leaving the furniture soaking wet. The covers were in poor shape and we were not able to really use the comfortable space as we intended. Over all I would recommend this place for your beach front vacation.

The house is well stocked and even has beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. The location is perfect. We walked to Belmont Park and rented bikes to cruise around and explore. Close to Sea World and the Zoo. The beach is steps away. A couple of things to note: (1) while there is a garage it is very small and we could not fit our minivan. We were able to find street parking most days but had to juggle the street sweeping schedules; (2) there are two full baths but one is located downstairs on the Main level. The only bathroom upstairs is in the master suite. It was a bit of a pain for those in the two guest rooms as they had to venture downstairs for any middle of the night bathroom breaks and to showers, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, great location
We had a lovely stay with our kids and my parents. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-supplied. We enjoyed having easy access to the beach each day and local amenities. The host granted us early check in and even the freezer to come check on a window during our stay. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time. The house was nice and very clean. Location was perfect right on the beach which our kids enjoyed . We were able to do lots of activities within walking distance. James was very responsive in any questions or concerns I had . Loved that they also provided beach toys, beach chairs and beach supplies for us to use .

Million Dollar View
Location, Location, Location! This property is centrally located , near all the restaurants, bars coffee shops and beach rentals. The view is fabulous, the house is nicely appointed with all the necessities, beds are comfy. Our host James was very responsive to all our inquiries. Would stay again!

Perfect!
We came for Oregon high school spring break with 2 freshmen and 2 seniors. All the teens had a wonderful time with lots of things to do within walking distance. We rented bikes and wetsuits nearby. We all enjoyed the patio and watching all the people going by. We used the bbq also! Everything was truly perfect and we would totally come back!!

Beach house
The house was nice and clean. Had beach toys for the kids to play with. Location was amazing. The house attached was under construction the whole time, woke our toddler up every morning and wasn’t able to take his naps, so it wasnt so much fun having a screaming toddler our whole stay. The construction workers kept leaving the gates open which made it hard to keep the little one locked in the property and away from the alley/street. The host was notified and tried to have them stop construction but was able too. Wasn’t the hosts fault but was hard for us. Wish we were informed about the construction because we would have picked a different location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay right on Mission Beach. Patio furniture was cozy and plenty of seating for people watching & dolphin watching. House was very clean and the sleeping accommodations were perfect for 8 women! HOWEVER……. not sure how this house was able to be listed as a 3 bathroom (which is what I put in the VRBO search engine). It is a 2 BATHROOM HOUSE with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before entering the house! My bad for not looking a little more closely at the listing. It is a wonderful house BUT, I feel very strongly that the 3 bathroom listing is hugely misleading.
