Awesome location and great property. The property was just as advertised and was very clean and pleasant. The beds were comfy and had all you needed to enjoy yourself. There was no need to get anything extra other than your groceries as everything was there including beach gear! Would definitely stay there again.

Just spent 3 wonderful nights in South Mission Beach for a family celebration! Great location just one house from pristine beach and boardwalk. Property was exactly as advertised, and 2-car tandem carport made parking convenient. Surrounded by markets, restaurants, bars, and family-friendly entertainment at Belmont Park. Looked recently updated (inside and out) and we especially loved the front patio with fire-pit chat set during relaxing days and peaceful nights. The A/C came in handy for gramma while the kids went playing on the beach. Overall, we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere nicer, so we’re coming back real soon!

Loved the place! Very close to a wonderful clean beach. Quite and great accommodations for a family. The place had everything you need for the beach, sand toys for kids, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. I would rent again in a heartbeat. 710 company is a much better company to rent from on Mission Beach.

We had a beautiful stay at the beach rental during the first week of January! The beach house was immaculate—Very spacious and clean! The ocean view is just beautiful and one of the king rooms have a direct view from the bedroom's sliding glass door. The towels and bedding were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable! We loved our time at 716 Deal Beach House! I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who likes a clean, well kept home away from home!

We had a great stay. Perfect home just steps from the beach. It was nice to be so close to everything in Mission Beach but far enough away from the crowds. House was comfortable and had everything you would need. We would definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the property was even closer to the beach than the images represent. The home was lovely, even though it does not have a lot of square footage, it is so well laid out and furnished is such a way that it did not feel crowded and five of us were very comfortable. it was stocked with everything that we could have needed and it was easy to check in with the keypad. it is a quiet neighborhood and we could easily hear the ocean from our bedrooms at night. it is important to be aware that the parking space is difficult to get into if you have a larger vehicle. We could not get our Pathfinder in the space but our friends were able to park their Accord. The street parking is not too far away, just be sure to read the signs for times and which side of the street you need to be on during certain days. We would happily return here for a visit in the future.

The property is one house away from the beach. The view from the second floor balcony is wonderful.
When we arrived the house was very clean. I would say that the couch is worn and needs a good steam cleaning. Especially the arms of the couch.
The floor plan worked well for my family.
I did text Vacasa because there were only four metal spoons in the drawer. I received a text back that said they only “ provide a starter supply of items”. Seems odd since there were plenty of knives and forks but just four spoons? So we went and bought some plastic ones.
We appreciated the beach chairs and towels.
Overall I would rent this property again.

A few of the pans had handles that were very wobbly and could be dangerous. The oven broiler didn't work. These are minor things, but all would have been very helpful. Thank you.

We enjoyed the amenities that were adequate and our family of 8 including 2 small children were comfortable for the most part. We really enjoyed the beachfront promenade that allowed us to walk into the shopping and restaurant area about a 1/2 mile away. Parking is a bit challenging, but we were able to navigate it and make it work. Getting into San Diego was very easy to do and that was a plus. We would come back again.

We did have problem working the tv and the lights in the bathrooms are sensor and they turn off quick. Nice patio and balcony, with view to the beach. The bbqs burners weren’t working but called and maintenance guy resolved that. Parking our van in the carport was tricky but we managed. It’s a carport for 2 vehicles. Overall we loved our Vacay with family! Great rental, would rent it again.

I loved being just steps from the beach without the “fish-bowl” feel of all those peeping in the windows. The place was so clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We had Gramma and grandkids so everyone was comfortable here.

Two K beds and trundle bunk beds were great features. Loved having central AC available, though we did have cool weather, especially at night. All sorts of beach toys, umbrella, beach chair’s and 3 boogie boards to use.
If available, we may return next summer!

This is our 2nd time staying in this house. We love everything about it. Beautiful views of the beach, walking distance to local market and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Belmont park. Very quiet neighborhood. House also has all the amenities of home,such as shampoo/conditioner. Will definitely stay again

The property was great.....had all the amenities from home! Also, everything was provided for fun on the beach! It was literally 47 steps to the ocean!

This is a great place with all you could need for your stay. There were beach towels, beach umbrellas, toys, shovels and buckets for the kids, and chairs. The home is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We would absolutely stay here again. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and all we needed for a perfect vacation on the beach.

I highly recommend staying on Deal Court. The location is fantastic. So close to the beach and Belmont Park. Easy drive to anywhere in San Diego. The property had everything we needed to make our family of 4 comfortable.

Our beach house rental was just about perfect, and the location couldn't be beat. Less than 50 feet from beach, and a short walk to Belmont, which my 2 boys loved. Minus a couple things missing in the kitchen we really have no complaints. The house was clean when we arrived and we got to check in early, huge bonus! I had a couple questions that got answered right away via text and we were all set. We had the best week making memories as a family. We were sad to leave and can't wait to do it again sometime. We highly recommend 710Beachrental!
