My favorite feature is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Estes Park. The loft is a great home base to not only explore the National Park, but also explore the shops and restaurants that Estes Park is also famous for. BEDROOMS Our home offers two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note that one bedroom has an open floor plan and it does not have a door. Make sure you look at the photos to confirm this is ok! Bedroom 1 - A great master bedroom with on the north side of the building, opening directly onto the deck and into the living/dining area. Bedroom 2 - A spacious bedroom right next to the entry way -- note that there is no door. See photos so you are not surprised. LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT Deck -The tiny patio opens up directly above downtown's Elkhorn Avenue, where you can enjoy the color sights and sounds of Estes Park. Living Room - The living and dining area features a great flat screen television and a cozy fireplace. WiFi - The loft has a great WiFi router so you’ll enjoy a strong connection for streaming, entertainment and work, with no dead zones. COOKING Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked It features an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, various small appliances, cutlery, dishes, utensils, bowls/pots/pans and virtually anything else you may need or want. It opens directly to the dining area so you can socialize as someone's cooking.
