Lovely apartment, very modern, wonderful view, great location

2nd bedroom had water everywhere on floor when we arrived, probably from the heavy storm that occurred shortly before we checked in

Очень хорошее место в Каше: шикарный вид с балкона, видовой бассейн, уютные номера. Есть много места для парковки. Если вы на машине, то удобное расположение. Чистый, приятный номер. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда в отличном состоянии, можно готовить что угодно дома. Ужин на балконе - просто мечта. Хороший вайфай. Мягкая, удобная кровать. Мы были вчетвером, и нам сразу положили дополнительные подушки, бельё и полотенца! Не пришлось бегать и просить, как во многих других отелях.

В холодильнике сломана морозилка, намерзло много льда, что продукты в морозилке не помещаются. Если вы пешком, то подниматься в отель тяжеловато. Но если вы на машине - вообще шикарное место.

Amazing view , clean home, enough plates and good teapot , no mosquito- we slept without air conditioning (October)

Awful smell in toilet- it seems smbd didn’t care about special construction ; small and without freezer fridge (( ; only one pan and one pot)- not comfortable for cooking at home( ; strong chemicals in pool water - my daughter was cried after diving without goggles, small tv only in living room (no in any of two bedrooms) ,

Amazing views over Kas

This is a good size apartment for 2 with the most amazing view over Kas. Large comfy bed and parking available just outside. Swimming pool available but we didn’t use as we were there for walking. Plenty of shops/ restaurants but they are all downhill so a car is a must or use taxi when out for dinner as the hill back from town is a leg burner. We tackled it every night but we are hikers and required a shower after as it was really warm while we were there. Kas is a fabulous place to stay, lots of restaurants, lovely harbour. Still a quaint resort with all nationalities visiting.

Few minor cosmetic details, toilet seat broken, window in bathroom not frosted. Low ceilings in certain points as it’s a attic flat. Could be a problem in the bathroom if your tall. All minor issues and nothing that affected our enjoyment staying here.

Apartment with fantastic view!

Cozy penthouse with fantastic view to Cas and its lagoon. Nice swimming pool. Plenty parking places were available. A lovely and cat Lucky came to us several times :)

There were not salt in a kitchen. Ok it’s not a significant drawback))) but it’s so easy to put it there. If you have no car, it could be difficult to reach this house, because of mounting landscape.

peaceful stay in Kas

spacious clean and had a pool!

The location up the top of the hill would be difficult for some people. we were there in the heatwave and managed it twice in one day but once a day was enough - we didn’t look forward to it! but the pool was our reward !

Stay was ok not the greatest, I was disappointed in the apartment.

Liked the pool, parking area… location was in a quiet area, views was amazing from apartment. Mara the host during the day was amazing and very helpful, Mara shared must do’s & beaches to visit- Mara was amazing!!!

Evening reception was not very friendly, no proper welcoming, no explanation of the apartment or where the apartment is located… would have expected some cleaning equipment (broom/mop) I expected more…Shower pressure was good but certain times of the day there was no hot water, couldn’t shower in the morning or late evenings. Bad WiFi- could only connect in lounge area. The one bedroom- water damage on the walls, visible wiring from the walls (not tucked away)

Rooms were ok but there was bad smell from the bathroom not enough blankets and towels , blankets were awful No elevator, lots of stairs , even though view is amazing - it is bit far from the main streets and need to climb beck

Great stay

The view is amazing and the swimming pool is beautiful. The place is clean and the staff was very responsive. It's worth mentioning that is on a steep hill, as a lot of places in Kas, we were fine with that and it would take us around 7 min to walk back from the city centre. There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy the view and the breeze.

The chairs in the living room are noisy and you can hear them from the apartment above. I'd suggest adding felt pads to them. The kitchen were missing some utensils and no tea towels, but had the basics needed for cooking.

overall good value for money, I would stay here again on one lower level.

nice pool, very clean, good kitchen and amazing views. good location if you have a car as its on a hill minutes to walk to centre but hard to walk back up with kids :)

hard to carry suitcases to top as there is no elevator and because we were on the top floor with terrace we and kids hit our heads on the slanted ceiling in bedroom and bathroom.

It could be better

The apartaments were located 10 min by walk from Kas center and it had free parking. The views from the the terrace were really nice. The pool was a plus.

The apartment was big enough. However, we missed lots of basic gadgets in the kitchen like broom, mop, forks and knives, microwave... That make the cleaning stuff difficult... Some of the furniture was not in a good condition. We stayed 3 nights and they put only 2 toilet paper. We asked for more in the reception but they didn't give us more and the answer was kind of rude. In conclusion, the apartment was not bad, but there were some details that they should manage.

Change your receptionist if she is an employee..

Pool and view were really good and apartment was well equipped.

Reception lady was really rude and ignorant.she gave us key and expected to find apart ourselves, also she was not in the reception at the check in time. She was late but no apology given.

Good place but with some drawbacks

the location is great! not in the city center so has parking space. the view is amazing! 15 min by walk to the promenade. pool zone is great for chilling. Furniture is new. stuff is helpful

Kitchen lacks a lot of stuff, no extra towels, rugs and cleaning stuff, no warm blankets. The bed is a little bit hard. Cleaning is not included

Pleasant

Great view! The price for it is to climb up the hill, but it's worth it. Area around the pool is very nice, you can chill on a sofa enjoying some breeze and the view.

Unfortunately, I didn't get why this place has quite a high rating. I can give it only 6/10. There were construction works next door during the day, can be annoying and noisy. It can also be noise from rooms around. It was not perfectly clean: the glass doors of the shower were all covered in dried out water stains. There are almost no supplements, only soap and shower gel. No greating bottles of water, no supplies to cook (slat, oil). And no washing powder and nowhere to dry you things. The place is new but there are already dirty marks on white walls, wires stick out. Balconies are small and are very close to one another - it's like you are siting 1 meter apart with guests from next room. Will not stay again.

Exceptional

The best view and the service in general. Very well-equipped, modern rooms, the only thing is that the Internet could be a bit more stable, anyways, I enjoyed both my stay as a part of vacation and some work to be done online. The patio with a pool and our breakfasts there (that we served ourselves - just went to the nearest local bakery for that) were just amazing! Highly recommended!

Rent this and you won't regret

Very comfy apartments, freshly renovated, great bed and awesome view from balcony. Reception is very friendly and responsive. But there are some minor details which are not that bad but clearly spoil the impression. They are NOT the reason not to rent at this place but worth considering. See them below.

Pool was not working in April. Apartment is provided completely empty, kitchen comes without even salt or pepper or sponge to wash dishes so you will need to buy anything you need to keep the household. Interrior design is great but the ceiling light is 4000-5000K LED lamps which make it really uncomfortable to stay. Guys, people like warm and cozy lighting, not that freezingly cold morgue-like lamps you use in Turkey. You've invested in design and fit-out but spoiled it all by buying the worst lamps ever. Many things are not well-thought, like hangers in the wardrobe (only 2!), no hanger for a jacket at the entrance, no toilet brush in our apt (the provided the one very quickly after we asked)., just 2 big towels per person by default (they also gave us more when we asked).

Pleasant stay

The apartment is amazing, pool is great and the view is breathtaking.

It is very hard to reach the apartment if you go down to the Kas. I have never seen such a steep street. It very hard to climb. The Wifi was losing connection.
