Very good location, close to everything, and great facilities of the hotel.
No parking. It wasn’t clear at all when I reserved. Also the neighborhood is HORRIBLE and not safe, full of people shouting on the streets and the sound of police sirens didn’t stop all night long.

Love the apartment feel. Did not feel like an hotel, full kitchen was nice. Does not say this on their web page, then should add that.
The area getting to the hotel is real dirty, but right by the hotel are good. Lots of sirens. But it is downtown LA.

Property was clean and the apartment was spacious.
The location was not great. Didn’t feel safe all the time and the parking across the street is actually a makeshift public urinal. The staff could be more helpful. No one came to fix ac as it was late the first night and kids had to stay in the room in summer heat. The ac has a label not to put it under 72 otherwise pipes will freeze is quite ridiculous. Optimal temperature in summer nights is 68-69.
