Front desk staff was great. Also the valet staff. Very helpful.
Roof refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Kept things maybe 45 - 50 degrees. Even though setting was around 35.

The location is great.
The valet team walked away from my car-door open, car running. When I commented on this I was told, “It’s Birmingham, it’s fine.” While I can appreciate the comfort of Birmingham feeling safe, leaving someone’s vehicle running with the key in and door open is not appropriate. The service in the restaurant was awful. Brought out wrong food. Didn’t bring beverages. Brought out wrong food again. Was never asked how our food was when we finally got it and very, very slow and the restaurant was not busy. For the price point service should be better.
