We absolutely loved the location, the attention to detail of art & design. The dog run on the fourth floor was also very clean and such a perk to have. The restaurant was delicious, although overpriced.
The Valet is your first and last experience of a hotel, and we didn't have the best experience coming or going. Albeit we arrived around 10 PM, the valet was not busy and made no attempt to acknowledge us or help us until we had already started heading to the door with our bags. We were only asked if we were checking in and given a tag and with full hands struggled getting the door open when they could've very easily helped us at least in the front door. This was disappointing given the expectations of luxury hotel. Upon leaving the couple in front of us was helped out with their bags and asked about their stay. We walked out on our own and completely loaded up our car ourselves while the Valet watched us loading the car from the driver side door. There was plenty of staff available to help. We were greeted by the front desk and checked in, however given a room that was different than what was advertised. Luckily, they were able to find a room and relocate us. Second, the traffic noise was extremely loud, which we knew going into it given a lot of reviews mentioned it, however it went on until around 2 AM and could even be heard through earplugs. Neither one of us were able to get a full night sleep all three nights. The hotel also makes no effort to acknowledge the noise, offer solutions, or earplugs. Lastly, the building is old, and although common areas seem to be spotless the first room we were put in that we did not stay in had visible stains on the carpet and stuff on the walls. The room we ended up in was better however, the couch definitely seemed worn and trash was missed in a couple of spots by house gaming along with rings from drinks left in the bathroom and a toilet area. Not that big of a deal but makes you wonder how clean the room actually was. The value did not match the price.

Breakfast was not up to the usual standards of past complimentary experiences at this hotel. Also on second morning of our stay we were denied breakfast service due to “staffing issues “ even though we are for breakfast during normal breakfast service times. This was very disappointing for a facility of this quality and expense.
We love the location and the pet friendliness.

Beautiful craftsmanship and interior design.
We had a terrible sleep. The thermostat would not cool the room past 68 degrees. Hot and uncomfortable.

Rooms are too small for the price. I has champagne service and that was not in the when I checked in. There was no sleepers for the room.
