I love where it’s located, around all of the great activities. I really love the inside. It’s very very unique.
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact they cannot take 2500 trucks in their parking and I didn’t see that anywhere before I came so we had to park in a parking garage and carry our luggage a couple blocks. That part was hard.

The hotel is beautiful. Easy walk to several venues. Room was immaculate. The staff is so kind and polite. The gentleman who helped us with our luggage was very kind and polite and knew a lot of interesting historic information about the building. So often during a busy weekend staff seems overwhelmed and annoyed with any request. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and so helpful. Valet service was fast.
No. I can’t imagine anything could improve. If the bar or restaurant had been open a little later, we would have definitely spent some money there.

The room was nice and comfortable.
Unexpected Deposit
I was extremely disappointed to find that the hotel placed a $600 incidental deposit on my card—an amount that was actually more than the room rate I paid online.
What was especially frustrating was that the front desk did not disclose the $600 amount when they ran my card. I only became aware of how high the deposit was afterward. When I asked about it the following morning, the staff could not explain why the incidental deposit was that high.
I understand that hotels may require an incidental hold, but a $600 deposit that exceeds the cost of the room should be clearly disclosed before charging the card. The lack of transparency was very disappointing and would make me think twice about staying here again.
