The location was right on the beach and they gave us sunbeds and an umbrella at no extra charge. The staff were unbelievable and super friendly and hospitable from the manager, Blodin to the front desk staff and the parking and beach chair assistants. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in on our entire 9 week trip of the Balkans.
The hotel was about 15 minutes south of the busy promenade in Vlorë, which we actually preferred as it was in a beautiful location.

I wanted to like this place just some things where hard to look over. No operational spa, no pool, only one restaurant with limited menu and mediocre service.
The location and view from the room were fantastic but need more than just that to make this a great stay. The staff tried their best however this fell short of the five star experience we are used to.
Limited menu items, slower service and not pleasant waivers, you basically had to beg them to service you.
No amenities whatsoever except the beach. No operational spa, pool, sauna or anything else. Room was very small in my opinion from what we have seen from five star hotels in the past.
