Great location and friendly staff , Jean Marco the property owner has a great restaurant inside the Sassi which is highly recommended
The kitchen was not functional, the bathroom is very tiny with so suitable space for personal items

We wThe team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at their property. Upon arrival we were met by the owner who provided great recommendations. The recommendation provided us a great overview of the city, culture and the cuisine. The room is nicely decorated, spacious and spotless clean. ere gre

Staff were very nice and helpful.
Bathroom shower jets did not all work but the main shower head was fine and worked well. Nothing serious at all. Would stay again.

Our room was nice, but “luxury” is a stretch.
The staff member who met us at the property was friendly at first, but while we were out sight seeing, texted me some very angry texts accusing me of locking an exterior door (which I hadn’t) and it was very aggressive and insulting. He apologized later, but at that point he’d made me feel pretty insulted. I think they have a poor system of meeting guests for check in.
