Fully stocked with modern amenities, decorated touches, and boasting a central location, our home is the perfect travel headquarters for your large group, family, or company. - Brand new renovation featuring a beautiful Chef’s kitchen with essential cookware - Exposed brick accents and modern decor -Smart TV with streaming capabilities. - Brick patio in rear - Other amenities include wifi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more - All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire home is for your exclusive use. The Neighborhood: Located just off of Whitefield Square, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Take a stroll to Forsyth Park, check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience. Getting Around: Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

We all had a great time at this quaint property, but did encounter a few problems. The beds, even though not completely accurately depicted, were very comfortable. The only one we did not use was the rollaway from the king room closet. Honestly, the closet was very musty just from age of the house - so we probably wouldn’t use that bed anyway. The extra pillows in the closet were also musty smelling. The house is charming in it’s historic nature, but could still use some necessary updates. The shower on the third floor should be referred to as a half bath because the shower is unusable. Tried to use it several times, but never had hot water. Two people out of our group of 14 braved the cold to actually shower and discovered that water ran out of the shower all over the bathroom floor! It was evidently seeping out from under the tiles. The sink had hot water, no problem, but not the shower. Very bizarre! Also a shame, because the two bedrooms on that floor are lovely. Note that the stairs to the third floor are Very Steep! Be careful. All interior walls really need a good coat of paint. Also, the outdoor courtyard could be a nice spot to hangout, but we found it was not very inviting with deteriorating cushions, no greenery, and chipped paint on wrought iron and porch boards. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made the most of it, but not sure I could recommend until some upkeep is taken care of.

This was the perfect place for a bachelorette weekend. The house is on a quiet street that is beautiful for strolling and a short distance from the bars and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. The house had plenty of space for all of us we loved hanging out in the updated spaces. While this house is old, the decor was perfect and everything has been updated- except the floors which we absolutely loved! The check in and out process was simple and the owners/mgmt was easy to work with. The only comments I have is the outside needs a little refresh for maintaining the beauty of the property. Also, showers did not get super hot so would love to see the hot water level increased a little bit. Other than that, this property was perfect and really provided everything we needed for a great weekend celebrating friends.

We loved our stay. Check in was easy as we got there late and had no problem. The house was large and comfortable. Great kitchen. Within walking distance to a delicious coffee shop and many local sites. The street is one of the most beautiful in Charleston. Thanks for a great stay!
