Located in Crescent Beach, this attractive condo for $140 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Crescent Beach is right outside your sliding-glass doors! This cozy one-bedroom getaway offers a 3rd floor oceanfront balcony, kitchen, master bedroom suite and a queen Murphy bed for guests. The views are just incredible! Beacher's Lodge 307 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the third floor of a beachfront building just ten miles south of historic downtown St. Augustine. The Intracoastal Waterway is just to the west, with spectacular sunsets and quieter waters for kayaking, canoeing, and walking. And one of northeast Florida's absolute best beaches -- Crescent -- is just yards away, waiting to be explored! (Not to mention Fort Matanzas and all the other local attractions of this history-rich piece of the coast!) Your favorite spot at Beacher's Lodge 307 is going to be the oceanfront balcony. It is irresistible! You can hear the surf out here, and feel the balmy, salt-tinged breezes. If you're traveling with kids, you'll love this location too, because not only can you watch them in the swimming pool right below you, you can follow their progress down the private boardwalk to the beach -- all without moving from your seat in the cool shade of the balcony! Our condo is compact but very efficiently designed, with a combined living and dining area (all with a great view of the sea!) and then a private, quiet bedroom. This is ideal if you have small children: just put them down for their nap in the bedroom and you have the entire run of the rest of the condo to enjoy some grown-up time! Or, if one of your party goes to sleep significantly earlier than others, they can get their rest without being disturbed (and nobody needs to tiptoe around!). The living and dining area contains a Murphy bed that converts to a queen bed for two, a very relaxing easy chair, and a 42" HDTV. The dining table is right next to the sliding glass doors, so you can enjoy the view up close even when you eat indoors. This table also makes a great game or laptop space (you have free community wireless Internet at Beacher's Lodge 307), so break out the cards and enjoy a night "in". Featuring new granite counters, the kitchenette in our condo is very well appointed, and we have filled the cabinets with dishes, cookware, utensils, and gadgets. The fridge is large enough for all your drinks and nibbles, the microwave and toaster oven stand ready for quick meals, and the stove is handy for home cooking. You just bring the food -- we have got everything else waiting for you! The main part of our condo is designed for fun and togetherness, while the bedroom is nicely quiet and private. There is a firm, ultra-comfy king-sized bed in this room and a 38-inch HDTV. The bathroom, with both shower and tub option, is convenient to both the bedroom and the living area. We also have all the linens and towels ready when you arrive and there are is also a shared washer and dryer room within the complex. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the murphy bed too! You can sleep four very easily in our condo! Please note that the laundry facility is down the hall and not in the unit. There is one located on the south end of the second floor and one on the 3rd floor on the north end. The washer and dryer machines are coin-operated and are shared within the entire complex. The best part of this condo is its location. You are right on the shores of Crescent Beach, with your own personal walkway (and outdoor shower) down to the sands. There are a picnic and barbecue area on the grounds as well, and the swimming pool heated in the winter is fabulous. So much to do without even leaving Beacher's Lodge!

This is an expensive rental for an old and dirty apartment. The bathroom was very dirty, mostly the bathtub and the tile. The towels smelled bad. There were no supplies, but two small bar soaps. The furniture in that apartment is old, and in bad shape. The window covers for the balcony are oversized and horrible. The bed covers and linens were old and in bad condition. We almost got locked inside the bedroom because the door lock is in bad shape. The kitchen pans and pots were minimal. We were given an expired code for the beach gate. We would never come back to this apartment, nor would recommend it to anyone. The apartment needs a complete overhaul, including new furniture and decoration. VRBO should inspect this property, and have it totally reconditioned before listing it for rental. Finally, the overall building is not the best either. The beach is great, but everything else around this property is awful.

This condo needs to be updated badly! Everything smells like cigarette smoke including the bathroom towels. The “automatic” lock on the door does not work well at all. Multiple times we would hit the lock button on the outside of the door and it would not lock. The same goes for the inside of the door when you try to lock it. You would have to have dead silence and twist the lock multiple times for you to hear a faint sound that the door had actually locked. It didn’t make us feel very safe at night. The tv in the bedroom is on its way out as well, my husband had to move the cords around for the tv to finally work. For how much I paid I was very disappointed. The only things this place has going for it is the view of the beach, beach access, and it’s dog friendly.

You cannot beat the view or easy access to beach!! Check in and check out incredibly easy!! Condo floor was extremely sandy/dirty upon arrival. Is a basic condo that will meet all needs for a family vacation. Would stay again.

Outstanding fir the most part! Weather didn’t cooperate much but otherwise it was Great. If I had to pick one thing to address it would be the area for the dogs to do their business. It was awful. We will be back for sure later this year

Loved being on the ocean. Saw a rocket launch standing on the walkway to the beach. Everyone was nice. Close to food, State parks, grocery stores, dog park and St Augustine.

The location and the view are the best parts of this property. So close to Crescent Beach with a private boardwalk for Lodge guests. On the beach in less than 5 minutes. The check in/out process was simple - although the directions were not clear on how to lock the unit but a call to the management company cleared it up with a quick visit from maintenance. The unit itself is a little rough around the edges - worn furniture and fixtures. The kitchen was nice. They have made good use of space and packed a lot into a small unit - it's about the size of a suite style hotel room. Great for just me and the pups but it would be cramped with more than two adults. That said, it was all worth it for the view and proximity to the beach!

This location has a great beach access. Everything clean and tidy. Short drive to St. Augustine and restaurants. The only suggestion is that there were no beach accessories provided (such as beach chairs, beach towels etc.) which would be nice and we have had at other vacation locations. Overall great accommodation.

It was very quaint but the dishes where dirty looked as if no washed just put away. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided The shower was hard to work.

Nice condo with a view. The ones that stayed before us did not wash the dishes very good. Enjoyed stitting on balcony watching the waves roll in. Will rent again.
