The home is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, two per bedroom/sleeping space. For every additional guest after the first 6, the rate increases by $20 per person, per night when a reservation is made. The rate increases further prior of check-in, or after check-in according to what is outlined in the Rental Agreement. During reservation, if pet selected, the rate will be $100 per pet.
