About this house rental
Situated in Bradenton Beach, this attractive house for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach-FL. This is a one bedroom with full kitchen and covered balcony with some ocean view. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking. The condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve but space for everyone. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs. The view outside your room is Mainly trees and the condo next door but there is ocean view through the trees. YouTube Tortuga Inn - Anna Maria Island if you are not familiar with the resort for videos. Research trip advisor to see the high ratings and guest experiences. Questions about the room please contact me. It’s the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Within the condo; the 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, dining table with an additional dining table on the covered patio. Seats 10 total with additional chairs for large groups in the villa. The living room is very spacious with a sectional couch. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv with a private entrance onto the covered balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large closet with a walk in shower that has dual shower heads and a jacuzzi bath tub. There is a washer and dryer within the unit, basic cable, and wifi. For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis. Please note this is a new rental but I do own other properties within Tortuga so you can check them out and the reviews to get a feel for me and how I take care of the properties and guests. This condo was great for my boyfriend and I visiting his children. We loved the location and definitely will be back

Positive comments - Condo was comfortably large, large dining room table with 6 comfy chairs, fully equipped kitchen, except would like larger coffee mugs and wine glasses, which we bought at the Dollar Store and left them there for other guests, bathroom had two sinks and very large shower, walk-in closet and the lanai was large, screened and covered roof.
Negative comments - Didn’t like the foam on top of mattress, because it felt like we were sinking inside the foam and was difficult to turn on your side. Also, the couch was difficult to get up and out of, because of how low and soft it was.
Recommendations - It would help to have instructions on how to use the TV and the thermostat.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and the location on Bradenton Beach was perfect.

All was good as always. Can use a new mattress, sank in the middle. This was our 5th time in anna maria 3rd time at the condo.This is our go to when there. Excellent location to the beach and Bradenton/Sarasota, better variety of restaurants east of the bridge. Easy to travel on cortez, we dont use the north bridge as usually heavy traffic there. Thank you Mr. Carter we will be back soon.

First impressions was amazing! Loved the lay out and the screen in porch. The beach was about two football Feilds walk across the road. The pool areas were clean and not over crowded. We found a wonderful Mexican restaurant called the wicked Catina that’s probably 1/4 mile down the road. Play music out side on Friday night. This room won’t disappoint!

It was great place and location. The only issue was the ice maker in the room didn’t work so we had to get ice at the pool. Only issue we had.

We had an AMAZING week at this condo for our honeymoon!! The beach is right across the street and so much to do in the area! We went on a dolphin cruise and saw so many dolphins and a few manatees! This condo is a must see!!

The property was as advertised. There were a few things that need attention.
1. You had to watch how you move the curtain in the living room because the rod will come apart.
2. Laundry soap is not provided.
3. The sofa sits low to the floor, a little difficult to get up from.
4. The vertical blinds in the bedroom would not open. They opened, but only about one and a half feet.
5. It would be nice if you could dim the dining area lights…they put off a lot of heat!
6. The shower was nice, as there are two shower heads and it is a very large shower, however there are no grab bars or shelves to hold onto and there isn’t a mat for the shower floor. We used one of the hand towels for the shower floor.
All that being said, contacting the property manager was easy and he seemed pleasant. It was nice that there was an elevator and carts to get your belongings up to the condo. This condo Is located in the first building, which makes it closer to the pool and to the beach. The private entrance to the beach was really nice. There’s a covered area, and they provide you with beach lounge chairs. You have a nice view of the gulf through the trees from the large screened in balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. The bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. My husband walks around barefoot and his feet did not get dirty! Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. You won’t go wrong renting this condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Will’s condo. It’s very spacious, has a comfortable couch, large smart tv in living room, comfortable king bed, washer/dryer, and huge jacuzzi tub!
It’s a short walk across the road to the beach with lounge chairs are already set up. You get a glimpse of the ocean from the outdoor patio. The surroundings are lush and the heated pool is wonderful.

Condo is exactly as the pictures show. It's in a great location and the private beach access across the street is wonderful. There is a trolley stop in front of the condo and Bridge St. (Shops/bars/restaurants) are also walkable. Rated cleanliness a 4 due to the fact that the cleaning company had not shown up prior to check-in. However, I contacted Will, the owner, and he immediately took care of the problem. He was also very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend renting this unit, or any of his other units.

The location of the property couldn’t be any better. Steps from the beach which included beach loungers. Easy walking distance to downtown Bradenton Beach. The place was spacious and very clean. Had everything you might need including lots of towels and beach towels. It was extremely relaxing.
Will definitely return with any future trips to the area.

This was our second year and we loved the place. This year was sadly not nearly as nice. There was roof construction the entire time we were there so it was extremely noisy. The roof was right in front of our porch we we could barely stay outside. We only wish we would have been notified or at least some sort of compensation as this place is pricey.
