Situated in North Topsail Beach, this charming condo for $257 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ALL LINENS, BEACH TOWELS, BEACH CHAIRS, TOYS INCLUDED. FULLY EQUIPPED The sun and surf of North Topsail Beach awaits you at this 1-bed, 1-bath quiet beachfront condo. Perfect for those who are looking to spend their vacation relaxing on the beach or at the pool, soaking up the sun, walking along the beach shore with ocean waves rushing over your feet, enjoying the sand while building sandcastles with the family, or just boogie boarding in the beautiful island surf. ***Please note that we are on the 3rd floor (47 steps) and there is NO elevator.*** The complex features grilling stations, a basketball court, playground, covered pavilion with picnic tables, horseshoe pit, bocce ball pit, cornhole boards as well as other activities. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children (queen size bed in the bedroom, full size futon in the living room and two children's bunk beds in the hallway). It features A/C, Roku, WiFi, TV is the living room and bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for families and friends alike! Pool is open during summer! Up to 6 guests allowed. No parties allowed. We are in a quiet community and cater to guests who like to come to the beach to relax and get away from loud cities. Should a party occur, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued. No smoking of any kind allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the building. Guests who break this rule will be charged an extra cleaning fee in the amount of $150. There is an outdoor motion activated peep hole security camera on the front door. It is not to be disabled. Any tampering with it will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund. Please be aware that while it is an outdoor camera, because of its position, when the door is open it will point inside the unit in the hallway and part of the living room. Please keep this in mind to ensure your privacy while inside the condo. The entire condo unit. If you need any assistance or questions about the condo, please call so we can take care of anything that may come up. North Topsail is a hidden gem on the coast of North Carolina. If you are looking for a quiet getaway then you have found the perfect place. Topsail Dunes is a fairly quiet condominium with very friendly residences and guests. When compared to Surf City and South Topsail there is hardly ever any traffic on the north side. Parking lot is available with parking pass. If you arrive in more than one vehicle please let us know so we can provide an additional parking pass. No more than two vehicles per reservation. Unauthorized vehicles get towed by the HOA. One restaurant is within walking distance. Two more restaurants are less than 5 mins away. Grocery store, shopping and many restaurants to choose from are 10-15 mins away in Sneads Ferry and Surf City. Condo is in a secluded location surrounded by mostly residential houses which offers a relaxing getaway. Beaches aren’t overly crowded even during summer months (except 4th of July weekend). Beach offers lots of sea shells, some sea glass and shark teeth (if you’re lucky). Topsail Island is a turtle sanctuary. Please do not disturb turtle nests and do not shine lights at the beach at night for prolonged periods of time. Visit The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue in Surf City to learn more about these amazing creatures. Please call them ahead of time to make an appointment. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Check out time is at 10am - Load dishwasher and start it before departing please - Feel free to leave unopened food behind (our cleaners appreciate finding goodies for their families and we hate to see food go to waste) - Dumpster is in the parking lot towards the street but you do not have to take trash out upon departure as long as it fits in the bins provided (please don’t leave trash bags full sitting on the floor - they often leak) A military base is nearby and you are likely going to hear artillery noise and hear and see military grade helicopters flying over the ocean. No illegal drugs

Took a chance on an early off-season stay and this property did not disappoint! We found it exactly as it appears in its pics. Very neat, very clean, great beach view and convenient access to the beach. The host was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to our questions and immediately helped to resolve an electronics issue. At this time of year, the beach was sparsely populated and the surf and sand were perfect. Thanks, Jana!

Everything was as described; property was clean and well equipped. Looked to be recently updated. This is a small 1 bedroom, with two bunks in the hall and a fold out couch. We had no issue fitting two adults and three kids (7, 10, 12).
Pool was nice, easy beach access, not too far from dining and shopping, but not too close either. Would recommend this place!

This was our first time to the Topsail Beach area. Great vacation. The condo is updated with everything you need for a great stay. The ocean view from patio is awesome! There is pool that is rare for this area which was a nice plus! I would highly recommend!

My family of 5 (kids ages 6, 9, 11) visited for 4 nights the week before Labor Day. The property is just lovely. Appearance is exactly as represented in the photos. Thoughtful details were considered- extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs and towels, board games for a rainy day. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need (minus food, obviously). Even in a 560sq ft space, all 5 of us felt very comfortable.
Weather was still super warm and comfortable for the last week of August. Plenty of beach time and good waves to play in. The pool offered a nice break from the sand. Tropical storm Idalia did come through. The day the storm was coming in was gray with off and on rain. The owner offered to come bring lightweight items inside the day of the storm, but it was easy for us to do and not an inconvenience. We took walks on the beach, watched a movie, and went to the Karen Beasley sea turtle hospital, which we 10/10 recommend (reservations required). All good things for a gray day! High winds and torrential downpour came in the middle of the night. The condo felt secure and safe throughout. The last full day was rainy and chilly with continued higher wind speeds. We took a long walk on the beach and decided to check It early, since we wouldn’t be able to play in the water at all that day.
We have zero regrets about this condo and would choose it again.

This was a beautiful and clean place to stay! Perfect for our family of four. They had everything we needed (and anything you could probably want!). The beach toys, chairs, and towels were super helpful to have available and we enjoyed using them. The views are gorgeous! The pool is very nice! Check-in/out info was very detailed, helpful, and easy. Communication was always quick and helpful and all of our questions were answered. Very accommodating to us! We would highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!!! We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay here! It was so nice to not have to pack our own beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc.) The unit was extremely clean and kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. We definitely got our steps in with it being on the third floor, but the view of both the pool and the beach made it completely worth it. Quiet complex and plenty of room on the beach in the middle of the summer! The kids loved finding tons of shark teeth and I enjoyed running north on the beach in the mornings to catch the sunrise. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our family (3yrs and 9yrs). Kitchen was perfect size in not being too large and the living room was perfect for them to sleep on the futon and have the bunk bed options. Short walk downstairs and right to the beach. The pool was perfect for coming off the beach and a nice break from the sand! Quiet at night so you can hear the sounds of the waves in the room with a perfect view of the moon rising over the horizon!

Great place very clean. Awsome view plus easy beach access! One thing to mention, only left with 1/2 roll TP, store 18 min away. I’m assuming this was a isolated incident everything else was sufficiently stocked. If you are looking for peaceful place this is it.

We booked our stay here to have a beach vacation in between two lacrosse tourneys with our daughters team. Husband and I are both from FL and are beach spoiled, we LOVED topsail and this condo was perfect for us and two teenage daughters. Easy access to beach and pool. Very clean, had beach towels and chairs to use! The owners have all the basics and then some to make the stay easy! The condo is on the quiet end of the island and we loves that but it was a quick and beautiful drive to surf city for Daily Grind, TopSail Streamer, Daybreak Donuts, Low Tide and many more! We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back! Thank You

This sweet place was the perfect beach nest for the two of us. The view overlooking the ocean and the pool was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed and more! The owner was great to communicate with. All in all, it is a perfect place.

The stairs going up suck - but once you get up to the place it is so worth it. Gorgeous views. Comfy bed. Place has everything you need to feel comfortable and content. The only advice I would give would be to have more trash cans around the house. Having to go to the bathroom or kitchen to throw something away in the middle of the night is kind of a pain.

We stayed here last year for our 7th wedding anniversary. The location is beautiful and so is the Vrbo! Between the beach right at your front door practically to Surf City just up the road to explore for drinks and food. The place still looks freshly renovated a year later from our last visit. New beach chairs were provided and if we had the little with us there were beach toys present this time! The bed was nice and comfy. Shower pressure was amazing! The list goes on about how perfect the place is. I would highly recommend to anyone. The owner is amazing too! Last year we recommended a blender would be a great addition and can you guess what we saw when we arrived?!?!?! A nice new blender perfect for cool drinks! Looking forward to our next visit! Thank you again!!!!

Condo was better than pictures. Great location at north end of Topsail Island we’re you can drive on the beach. Beach has perfect sand for long walks with few houses. Crystal coast water. Fishing village of Sneads Ferry has quaint seafood shops and historic restaurants. Bonus is North Shore golf course just across the bridge on the sound side. Hosts are welcoming and responsive.

As said in other reviews, the condo is oceanfront overlooking the pool. It's well thought out with nightlights and plenty of outlets and well equipped with beach towels, chairs, and toys. The beach isn't sandbagged. It is on the 4th level with no elevator and, as two female seniors, we were blessed when another guest offered to carry up some of our bags. The previous tenant forgot to return the parking pass, I called Jana and someone came within half an hour with the pass. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the condo.

Really enjoyed our stay. I went for a short visit to see my Marine son and it was the perfect place to stay. Short drive to base and an excellent get away!
