About this house rental
Nestled in North Topsail Beach, this lovely house for $248 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Newly remodeled and furnished two bedroom - 1 1/2 bath duplex just steps from the Atlantic. Ground floor entrance with large closet for beach items. Large storage room for safely securing any of your vacation equipment and has secondary refrigerator. Second floor has large family room with smart tv over fireplace. Queen sleeper sofa and over-sized chair containing twin sleeper. Access to rear covered screened-in porch with two person swing. Fully furnished kitchen with new appliances and kitchen table. Also located on living floor is stacked washer/dryer and powder room. Top floor has a king bedroom and queen bedroom. Both have decks that provide great views of the surrounding area including ocean views. Large bathroom with double vanity. There's an outside shower for easy sand removal and propane grill. You also have access to community dock to launch kayaks, paddle board, fishing and crabbing.(this equipment is not supplied) *Please note at the current time we do not offer bed linens and bath towels. Beach access is located on Myrtle Dr which is just steps away. No need to load the car.

We have stayed at this property several times, and we enjoy it more every single time. From the convenience of the public access to the beach to the private dock, this place has it all. The neighbors are great and the house is the Cleaners property on the island! We will rebook again soon.

If you’re looking to book this lovely home - do it!! We had the greatest week here and would recommend to anyone. The house was clean, cozy, and steps from the beach - with a lot of great beach accessories as well. The beds were very comfortable and the ocean view from the top balconies were beautiful. Rich was a very caring and communicative host and the check in/out process was very easy. We can’t wait to stay again!

First off the property was absolutely immaculate. I am a bit of a germaphobe and there was no dust or dirt to be found anywhere. The views were great and the property was in a great location. I can’t say enough good things about Richard! He was an awesome host! We were coming down during a hurricane and he kept an open line of communication with a quick response to all of our questions. He even wanted us to check in when we got there to make sure that we were safe! He made everything so easy! We will definitely be returning!

Clean, well-maintained place that is in a great location. We had a few hiccups when we arrived but the owner was very responsive and helpful to get everything in place.

We had been missing Topsail Island since having to move away, and on a whim came across this listing. We feel so lucky to have come across this property because this has been the most wonderful, enjoyable beach vacation I’ve ever had. We made so many wonderful memories with our kids, and being able to bring along our dogs was the icing on the cake. The host, Richard, was incredibly kind and generous. My husband and I kept saying to each other that we hope we can make this a tradition to stay in this house for our beach vacation each year! Don’t hesitate… book this beautiful home and you won’t be disappointed!

We had a fun and relaxing week. The house is very nice, spacious for the 3 of us, and well equipped. Rich is great too - I let him know the water hose broke and a new one was connected in an hour. It provides a lot of peace of mind to have a responsive host.

This was our second time staying at this property. Richard is a great host. He’s very responsive. I cannot speak highly enough of the beach chairs and Shibumi shade that he makes available to guests. Super helpful not to have to pack those! Also, I usually avoid places that accept dogs because they often have odors or aren’t as clean as I’d like. But, this place is spotless, and I didn’t detect any odors either time! We brought our small dog, and we were very pleased both times!

Home is beautiful, the perfect spot for a family getaway. Beach is across the street, intercoastal is close and can be seen from all the decks with views of the beautiful sunsets! Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Richard was always a joy to connect with & quick response!

We usually take most of your vacations in our camper and we wanted to take a break. We were pleased with the home and the owner is a nice guy who cares about the experience you have. He will communicate well with you and is genuinely concerned about your stay. It was nice to not have to bring a bunch of equipment with me for the beach. The home already has everything you need.

We loved staying at this property. It was as presented in the pictures and description. There are lots of bonuses to vacationing here. 1) the house was clean 2) the owners cared that we were happy and enjoying your stay, 3) unlike so many VRBO properties, this owner has a property manager close by if something happens, 4) the neighbors on either side are very nice and respectful, 5) there are tons of chairs, toys, games, etc. here for our family, 6) there’s an extra full-size refrigerator/freezer downstairs and we loved it, 7) the beach is a 2–3 minute walk from the house, 8) the house is in a great neighborhood. We can’t say enough good things about the property and the owners—we already booked to come back in 2023.

This home is the best I’ve ever rented and I’m picky! It was very clean, full of amenities and had lots of light. The views from the decks were beautiful! The beds were super comfortable. I had a couple of days where I just sat on the deck and read. Access to the beach was convenient. I would rent this home again!!!

Our first family vacation with our son was so great! We throughly enjoyed staying at the Sea Oaks location. Everything in the house was so clean and very cozy, definitely a home away from home. Having the outdoor shower after going to the beach was one of my favorite additions being that you don’t track a ton of sand in the living space! Communication with Rich was fantastic. 100% recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay. Rich’s place was well appointed, cozy, very clean, nicely decorated and just felt like home. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and isn’t very crowded, which is great. We will definitely go back again.

Perfect dog-friendly stay
We had just finished up a travel nursing contract and needed a place to unwind for a week. We booked fairly last minute, and the hosts were extremely helpful and quick to reply. The biggest plus to us was that the place was dog friendly and we could bring our dog, Billie. The place was SPOTLESS. Super super clean and cozy! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you need. The garage also had tons of beach chairs, shade tent, sand toys, foosball table. The cupboard upstairs had tons of games and books and magazines. The walk to the beach was easy, even with a dog and a toddler. Just about a three minute walk to the beach access point. Highly highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting a cozy, beach holiday!

Another wonderful time
This was my second visit, I had previously stayed by myself and loved it so much I returned with my husband and pooches :) Richard is very responsive and invested in making sure his guests have a great stay. It is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and right between the sound and ocean - so you get the best of both worlds. We look forward to the next time we can stay here!

Christmas break get away
We booked a last minute trip to North Topsail for our Christmas break. The vacation home was very clean and had all the extras you need on vacation. We met the owner and he was very nice and welcoming. We absolutely loved the fact we could bring our dog on vacation as well. The beach is across the street and was very quiet and peaceful. There is a private dock that we fished off daily. Stores, restaurants and shops are a short drive away. We definitely recommend this property and this area of Topsail for a vacation.

Seamless rental experience from booking through checkout. The cleanest pet friendly property we’ve ever rented. It’s obvious the owners have invested a considerable amount in this rental; counter tops, appliances, doors and flooring- all in like-new condition. Rich's communication was flawless; he responded within minutes to all questions we had. Would enthusiastically recommend to friends and would definitely rent here again. Wonderful visit.
