Nestled in North Topsail Beach, this lovely house for $250 per night is a great choice for your next trip. LINENS INCLUDED! Come stay at this lovely, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor (not ground level) condo at the beautiful St Regis complex. St. Regis has it all... Oceanfront, Swimming pool, grilling areas, sport courts, fitness center, playground and game room.(indoor pool & hot tub closed) Beautifully decorated and smart keyless entry, this spacious open unit allows for everyone to gather together. From the fully equipped kitchen , large dining table for family meals or games and the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Unit sleeps 7 when utilizing the sleeper sofa. Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area. Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with additional twin bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit too! Enjoy relaxing on the oceanfront balcony with views of the ocean and pool. Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. Me and my wife went for a quick weekend getaway since we haven’t had a vacation all year, and it was wonderful! The room was beautiful, well kept, and very clean! I’m normally one that’s iffy about staying at other peoples homes/condos, but not here! The room felt like home, it was peaceful, and I didn’t have to worry about bed bugs or anything because of how clean it was!
We will definitely be staying here again!!

Nice condo overall. Suggest adding more utensils, pans, baking dishes. Fire extinguisher and smoke detectors are old and need replaced. Would have been nice to have more than one set of towels per person. Great pool. Easy beach access. Friendly staff. Plenty of elevators. Nice restaurant on site. Enjoyed our stay.

Our condo was very comfortable and very nice. We all loved that the beach or pool were within walking distance. We cooked most of our meals and loved that the complex had a bar/restaurant also with in walking distance. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Great restaurants in surrounding areas and it's close to Wilmington. Beach was never crowded, beds were exceptional, and it was very quiet.

Great location with a beautiful beach. North Topsail is a residential area with nothing to do, so you must drive off the island for groceries etc.
Our condos queen bedroom’s AC did not cool room during the night, 7 nights of sweating got the best of us. My husband checked AC filter and it needed to be replaced weeks ago. The laundry room so was dusty, my husband noticed dryer vent was not connected. The patio chairs were filthy at check in, I had to wash them before we could sit on them. Linens were included but it would of been nice to have 2 bath towels per person. The condo was clean and the furniture was nice. Nice view of pool. Pool was nice to come to after the beach.

We loved the place we stayed at! Very clean, very nice, no issues at all!! Communication was also great as well and we enjoyed every minute of it for our one year anniversary!!! We had both pool and beach access which we enjoyed and loved and had a blast being able to swim in both. Definitely recommend for sure.

The condo is in a great location. Easy access to outdoor pool, beach, and gym. Indoor pool is under construction or closed - it’s just roped off. The condo is very spacious, the beds are comfy. With all these good things being said, we had to find another rental due to a few bad things. We stayed one night out of our 3 nights. The smell when we went in was not pleasant. We opened the doors to try to air out the condo. We also went and bought air fresheners. There was mold in a few of the sinks. The patio furniture was covered in dust(not pollen) and a good bit of mold, we tried to clean them, we eventually just gave up and didn’t use them. The slide out doors were also very thick with dust and mold. The master bedroom does not have any lights, only two small lamps, also the towels given were sour we had to wash them before we used. My daughter has asthma and had a reaction in the middle of the night while at the condo. Luckily we had family staying near by so we took Her there to stay. Next day we found a different rental. My daughter was fine once we removed her from this condo. I reached out to Beth with my issues, who was very quick to respond. Unfortunately nothing was done. I took several pictures of the issues but not able to post them to the reviews. Beth was very pleasant and very easy to work with. She stated the condo was recently painted maybe that was the smell, and pollen count was high so maybe that was the asthma issues.

Really enjoyed our stay. Had a few issues and Beth was very responsive an quick to fix issues. We had 3 kids under 10 with us and the game room and on site ice cream parlor were a big hit. Only thing missing was a Smart TV or fire stick to watch on.

Ok Unit
This unit is decent. But we were several other families and their units were generally more updated. Keurig didn’t work and there was tea kettle so I boiled water to make instant coffee. Shower head leaks terribly. Very outdated showers and old carpets. Towels and bedding also in used condition. However, unit is on first floor so using stairs is easy. Owner is great with communication. Furnishing are nice. TVs work great.

There is nothing nicer than when arriving at your vacation destination finding that your home for the week is spotlessly clean and just as comfortable as what the pictures presented. Great Space and Location for Families!
Our family of five (3 kids ages 12, 3 & 1) stayed at this condo this past week. Beth was a great host who responded quickly to any and all questions we had during our vacation. Aside from a beachfront property, our main concern was the cleanliness of where our family would be staying. We are happy to report that this condo was both clean and decorated tastefully without an over abundance of decor for little hands to grab!
We loved the easy access to the parking lot — the condo is just a few doors down from the stairs and elevator (first floor - not ground floor), and made for easy unpacking/packing of the car. The condo is also a very short walk to the pool of the three building complex, as well as the on-site ice cream parlor (an added bonus for our kids). We really liked the keyless entry to the condo, giving us one less thing to worry about losing.
We didn’t need to use any of the utensils or dishes, but the kitchen seems to be well stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, and I believe we saw a crockpot stored away as well. We did try to use the Keurig one morning, but it didn’t work for us. Luckily there are plenty of coffee shops on the island.
It’s important to note that the AC can’t be turned down lower than 72 degrees to avoid freezing the lines, resulting in less than comfortable sleeping situations. There are fans in both bedrooms which help circulate air. Lastly, the curtains in both bedrooms and the living room are sheer and the windows face the pool, which is well lit at night. This made nap time for our kids, and bedtime for all of us, challenging because the rooms still had a good bit of light coming through the curtains.
Neither of these things are dealbreakers for our family, and we hope to be able to return to Topsail and book with Beth again.

We came to spend a few days just chilling out and this was the perfect place. Everything we needed.

We had a few days left with our Air Force son before he had to go back to his duty station. And this was the perfect place for us to spend time together. It was quiet and beautiful. We loved the beach and the pool. We visited Surf City area and much preferred the Topsail area we were in. The property was in nice shape. We all slept well. We made some wonderful memories to carry us through til our next time together.
The pool area has a cabana and the food was really good. We ate there twice. (Burgers and Chicken tenders. Nothing fancy).
There isn't much commercialization of the area. Don't expect Myrtle Beach activity. The laid back atmosphere was exactly what we needed. And the views were unbelievably gorgeous. (I've never seen those colors in sunrises and sunsets)
The owner was very quick and easy to communicate with. There was an initial snafu w communication and we didn't get the email letting us know to bring garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.... We bought it locally and left some for the next guest. Double check before travel to bring some of those items.. I'd also recommend bringing extra beach towels.
Locals were organizing at the resort for a 9/11 tribute as we left, and it was touching to see the local service men/women showing this kind of honor. Perfect end to our visit.
