Nestled in Gatlinburg, this lovely cabin for $499 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Bearadise is a 5BR/5BA cabin located at the top of Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort that sleeps 16 in beds, no uncomfortable sleeper sofas. The views of Mt LeConte & the Smoky Mountains are panoramic & spectacular! The cabin is located just 1.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, approximately 7 miles from the strip in Pigeon Forge, & 10 miles from Dollywood. The cabin has a game room that includes a pool table, as well as Golden Tee , Big Buck, Multicade (with classic arcade games), & a JVL Trivia arcade game. There's also a 10 seat home theater in the game room, as well as a private hot tub on the balcony. The kitchen/living/dining area is very spacious & open. The kitchen & all bathrooms have granite countertops. The dining room has a custom aspen wood table that seats 14, & there are 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. 4 of the bedrooms have king beds, the 5th has full over full bunk beds. There is also 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the game room. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath off the living room. The game room, home theater, hot tub deck, & 1 king bedroom are located on the basement floor. The entry level (middle) floor has the kitchen, living & dining area, as well as a 1/2 bath. The top floor has 3 king bedrooms & 1 bedroom with full over full bunk beds.

Overall the five of us enjoyed our stay at the Bearadise cabin. We did have some issues with the functionality over the arcade games in the gameroom as well as some drainage issues with some of the sinks, but nothing that kept us from having a great trip. Would recommend to others!

Great property and a responsive property manager. This how is well maintained and spacious. 4 families fit nicely and did not feel crowded. Would book this home again.

We had a family of 12 stay this past weekend. Cabin was large enough to fit everyone. Only draw back is there is not a bedroom on main level and no pull out sofa on main level so our mother who can not got up and down 2 flights of stairs to get to the upstairs or down stairs bedroom had to sleep on the couch that does not pull out. The mattresses were also very hard. That is just a personal opinion. Also the wifi did not work well in the game room on bottom floor. Other than that everyone LOVED the cabin and the view. We would consider staying again.

This was the 1st time with the whole family together for a couple of nights. My mom and dad with all kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. The place was perfect!!!!

The cabin was very spacious for my family of 16. The only 2 cons were nowhere to store trash until you went down the mountain and found a few roaches in the kitchen when we arrived, but it looks like there were traps and bombs set to get rid of them. Otherwise the cabin was great and very clean! The property manager responded quickly to any questions I had.

The whole family really enjoyed the game room. The view is spectacular and cannot be beat even if you go to any observation areas. Saw some bears which was very exciting. The home was clean, however I wish they had a swiffer or a vacuum and a floor mop of some sort available. The floors need repair or replacement. Bring extra dish towels and some dish cloths.
It was a great cabin and would come again.

Our time at Bearadise was wonderful. We had a few problems at the beginning (the kitchen was not well stocked) but within the hour Glen brought us what we needed. The house was not very clean when we arrived but Glen was responsive to that, also. The house was a lot of fun, we all enjoyed the video games and theatre. The view was beautiful and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. Having so many King suites was perfect for our group and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was fairly close to the house but the neighborhood was VERY hilly so we sometimes drove the short distance. It was nice to have the pool for the hot afternoons. Most of us used the fitness center which was great to have as the area is really too hilly to walk or run. The house is close to the town and the National park and we spent lots of time enjoying both. There was construction going on across the street the week we were there so it was noisy and parking became a little challenging.
Although the house is new, the floors are in bad shape, separating at seams and peeling.
I would suggest having some board games or puzzles at the house for kids and adults.
All in all, we made some great family memories here and loved the area.

Bearadise was nice
We have stayed at many other properties and most had a book of instructions for the appliances and electronics, but this one did not. Washer/ dryer, anD tvs we’re not the easiest to operated without instructions. The cabin could have been cleaner, there was balls of hair and dust floating around on the floors. The floors were very dirty and dangerous to go barefooted due to the many gaps in the flooring boards that were coming up off of the floor. The ice maker somehow got turned off on accident and it would not catch up at all. For a big family size of 14, it would have been nice to have another refrigerator, more bath towels (maybe also pool/beach towels), more balcony seating and an ice machine. The pool was nice but not located near the cabin as pictured, it is shared with the entire complex and down a couple of hills from this cabin, we had to pack up small children and drive there. There was construction going on the entire time of our visit and parking was very difficult at times due to the congestion in the parking lot. The internet was out because of a storm and none of the televisions would work, minor issue for vacation and the property owner was very nice and helpful getting problems worked out. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, we had mostly everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. We would recommend this place and we would stay again.

Everything we wanted, more than we expected!
Wow is an understatement! This property was phenomenal. This was our first stop of our wedding week and we were traveling with our teenagers and another family. Everybody had something to entertain them there and it was so well laid out that we didn't feel on top of each other.
The views are out of this world! It was breathtaking to wake up to that every morning and sip our coffee on the large deck.
Glen and his wife were very quick to respond if there were any issues (the fire alarms going off randomly one morning) and were very gracious when we were able to fix the issues on our own.
This was an amazing place and we will for sure be back. Thank you guys.

The washing machine gasket is full of What looks like mold it absolutely needs to be changed and wiped after use. The floors throughout the whole house were sticky when we arrived as well. All in all the cleaning crew is not doing a good job at all.

Great Mountain View Cabin
We very much enjoyed our time in this cabin. It was lovely and plenty of room for us all. The owner was super great in timeliness of his response and was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would also love to stay there again in the future!

Host was quick to respond to any questions. Location is beautiful, back/top of the complex so great views and decent outside space. Very close to attractions and hiking. Would absolutely stay here again. House layout worked great for 5 couples (two will small babies). The basement would be great for older kids too.

This chalet surpassed our expectations. Its the best setting in the smokies, all our family love it. The layout is the best we have stayed in. You will not be sorry you rented this one.
