An excellent choice for a hotel in Brockville.

I stayed 10 days. Very comfortable beds, easy check-in/check out. Rooms are quite large with coffee/tea kettle, microwave and fridge. Room is cleaned every 2 days, although if you need anything such as new towels or would like your room cleaned, it’s no problem at all. Reception staff are very professional, and friendly. There are free amenities near the reception desk if you forgot anything such as toothbrush, cream, feminine hygiene products, razor and shaving cream, etc. There is always coffee available by reception, different roasts, decaf or tea. Very handy. Breakfast is good - variety of warm and cold breakfast options. Fresh fruit and yogurt, make your own waffles station.

I don’t like eating off paper plates or using plastic cutlery but this is becoming more common.

Just the place to stop for the night.

Very nice, clean modern location. The manager(Kamal Sharma) who checked us in was super friendly even giving us suggestions of where we might go for dinner. The room was clean and bright and ours had a walk-in shower. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and the hot food was fresh and plentiful.

There was nothing here that we did not like.

Worth repeating

Location great for me. Did not go to breakfast see below.

In room coffee needs improvement. I do not like to go out “in public” first thing in the morning which is why i like coffee in the room. It’s not drinkable and the cream and sugar supplies are waaaay to little.

Great location for a short visit, with great staff who were cheery and helpful.

The location was great, and the local businesses and shopping were easily accessible. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We missed breakfast because we confused the timing.

Disappointing. Felt like a criminal checking in. Breakfast options very average.

Location. Free coffee in lobby.

The amount t held on card is ridiculous. To hold 750 plus for a 336 bill for 2 nights is outrageous.

Better than expected.

Breakfast was great, staff was helpful and had a crib set up for my baby. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was pretty small for four people.

There wasn't anything I didn't like other than no conditioner in the shower ..Shampoo made hair dry and stiff

An excellent place to stay.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was clean and modern.

I didn’t get credit for the stay at Hilton because I booked through Booking.com

Clean hotel but cheap with the frills of what you would normally expect,…. Like housekeeping service

Breakfast was okay. Coffee was always available

Shampoo was available but no conditioner. I have long hair and it was awful trying to comb with the cheap shampoo. We were told at check in that the room would be cleaned on only the fourth day of stay. Our garbage was overflowing and we’re told to put it in the hallway to be picked up. Paying almost $350./night and I have to do my own housekeeping duties does not add up!

A happy stay

This hotel is pretty new (opened less than 3 years ago). Good location. Friendly and welcomed staff. Clean room. Love the spacious bathroom and walk-in shower. Good breakfast and swimming pool are add on bonus.

Garbage bin is a bit Small.

Not really the hotel's fault - high beds appear to be the rage today. A stepstool would have been useful to get into the beds :-)
