Clean rooms, good location easy to find, Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet- good for sleeping.
The breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inns. Poor selection of food items. Breads were dry, I would have preferred condiments in individual packets.Squirt bottles were messy and inconvenient,

Staff was wonderful. Room clean. Other guests noises did not affect us.
Elevator was a little scary the way it shook and made noises. The bed was very uncomfortable, which was surprising.

Holiday Inn and Suites Brockville is a lovely place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly and our room was spacious and tidy. We recommend this to fellow travelers.

Breakfast terrible. Lobby was being renovated, but I wasn’t aware of this until after I had paid for the reservation. Breakfast in temporary facilities and really disappointing. One morning they didn’t bring washcloths to my room when they changed towels. I went that afternoon to ask for them. They said they would send them up and they didn’t so, I had to ask again the next day. Two mornings did not receive K cups for coffee maker. Second day went down to ask for them and they didn’t have any. Overall a disappointing stay. I had stayed at this hotel three years ago and it was much much better. I don’t think I’ll return.
