Breakfast was fine but the eggs were already gone

The free breakfast was good with plenty of seating.

Parking is an issue; it is very hard to park in front of your room.

I loved the central location with closeby timmies, tesla supercharger and a huge plaza with lots of eat out options. The receptionist was amazing and they had complimentary freshly made cookies and popcorn in the evening. The morning breakfast timing on the weekend was relaxed. Every room has a sliding glass door which opens towards the parking for easy access to your car.

The pool is a little small, only 5 ft deep. Weekday breakfast time is only till 9, even on a long weekend.

Love the Brockville area. I have visited here multiple times, absolutely beautiful. The hotel room itself was great, comfortable.

This was by far the worst stay yet due to the mix up between booking.com and comfort inn. The excessive interruptions that interfered with our plans to enjoy our stay and instead had to handle the issues that were between the hotel and booking when I had proven my side was completed and successful. Clearly there was an issue with the financial aspect of the booking (was taken from my credit card and showed "PAID" on booking.com but the hotel staff still claimed I needed to make a double payment, called multiple times, had to go through multiple staff members and wait for their responses and all seemed to say the same thing and pass it to the next person. I was traveling as family and they expected me to approach the next staff member at 11pm. It took me calling the third party to contact the hotel to clarify whatever the concern was just for them to correct the error and then apologize and claim they fixed it, instead of thanking me for doing the job they should've done in the first place, contact the third party instead of harassing your guest! Staff member tried to give advice and say not to use third party bookings, I have never had issues until I stayed at this location and declined to take her advice. Also, when checking in a person leaving seemed to have same issue about charges not being correct, I should've taken that as a sign. I will never stay here again, caused stress, frustration, took time from our trip and it took me solving the issue, which thank you booking.com for your helping me solve the issue to avoid further irritation.
