Location from the 401 was convenient.
The room was a generous size and the beds were comfortable.
The coffee in the morning at the office was delicious.
Unfortunately, the hotel is under major renovations, with one wing of the rooms closed off but sharing a stairwell with the rooms currently being rented out. It was a bit chaotic finding the reception desk, and then the sidewalks and entrance way was covered with tarps to keep the sidewalks from getting paint/cement on them. The stairway was really a mess with dust and debris everywhere..... We didn't realize the place was under such complete renovations, so it was a bit of a shock.
It will be so lovely once it's done!

The properly was clean, staff are very friendly.
The tv only has cable … no way of hooking up a firestick to stream Netflix or other platforms.

The location was convenient.
Heavily under construction, no warning about that when booking, room had mold and dirt all over the walls. Couldn’t use air conditioner as it was blocked off. Only 2 small towels for 4 people to shower.
