Super 8 by Wyndham Brockville

Liked the convenient location and the breakfast was beyond expectations for a super 8 motel with lots of options including waffles, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt and cereal. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

What I liked most about my stay at the Super 8 in Brockville was the location. It was close to everything we needed to get to, but far enough away from the main hustle and bustle of Brockville that it felt quiet and relaxing. We had a room at the back of the motel, which meant we weren't looking out onto the busy main road, and I really appreciated that. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite, courteous, and genuinely willing to help whenever we needed anything. The customer service was fantastic, and we never had a single issue during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable as well. I also really liked the setup of the motel. Having direct access to the outside from our room was so convenient. We didn't have to walk through long hallways, use stairs, or go through a large building just to get outside. It made coming and going so much easier. I also noticed the little details that showed the motel was well maintained. I liked that they had little flower-pot-style cigarette containers outside, so there weren't cigarette butts scattered around the property. There was also a chair outside each room, which was a nice touch. The outdoor pool looked lovely. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to use it during our stay, but it looked clean and like it would be a great place to cool off and relax. I also appreciated that the motel is pet-friendly, even though I didn't have my pet with me on this trip. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety of choices, and we really enjoyed it. One thing I especially appreciated was the staff allowing me to bring the breakfast back to our room. My son is autistic and is not comfortable sitting and eating in a busy breakfast area, so being able to bring the food back to the room made a huge difference for us. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, and I was extremely grateful for that.

Overall, I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say about our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient, and welcoming, and the staff were fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay at the Super 8 in Brockville again!

I was surprised by the breakfast! I loved the waffle stand, and there were decent choices for myself and my five year old.

The only complaint I have about the entire stay is our tv. We had been out and about for the entire day, my little and I had planned a pizza and movie night for my birthday. None of the apps were working (Netflix, prime, Disney). I was unable to cast to the tv from my device (the devices connected but it was so slow the film wouldn’t load). We still had a movie night, but we had to watch with my iPhone.

No carpeting in the room was appreciated. We liked the fact that there was no bedspread. The included breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from to start your day. The dining area was large and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We had no water for a few hours which meant no shower in the morning. Did not get compensated for that lack of service. There's only one desk chair should you want to eat in your room very inconvenient for 2 people. Only 1 outside patio chair per room. Parking spaces are narrow.
