Boasting a large wrap around screened porch, this one-level layout offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, DVD, Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location was nice and quiet and it was walking distance to the splash pad and fitness center. The rooms were a perfect size and there was plenty of room to spread out in the common areas. We hope to come back next year and would definitely book again!

The rental was comfortable for the most part. Floor not quite clean. Mattress in second br needs updating. For the money I expected better cleanliness and comfort.

This is the 2nd time staying at this house. Great location and for the most part a great place. However, it was not as clean as I would have expected esp after the $$$ spent to stay for the week. Mouse droppings were found in the kitchen and the ceiling fans were caked in dust! More care definitely should be taken for the next visitors!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the towels were plentiful. We really enjoyed our evenings in the screened-in porch. The master bathroom had both a walk-in shower and a separate bath tub. It was great when we wanted to get our young children bathed quickly after the beach and before dinner. Check-in was easy and we loved the location. Getting to the beach was easy with the tram, Dunkin Donuts was only a 6 minute drive away, and when we needed a few serene minutes, we were able to take a walk by the nearby lake or bring the kids out for a nice bike ride along the path. Also, the aquatic center with the splash pad is within walking distance which was definitely an added bonus and gave us an easy option for keeping the kids having fun when we were done with the beach. Not sure if an earlier review mentioned this but the pillows in the master bedroom weren’t comfortable and both my husband and I would wake up with shoulder pain. Definitely not a huge concern but if I were to return, I would probably bring my own pillow. The guests in the other bedroom never complained about their pillows so maybe it was just us. Overall, we loved this place more than we thought we would. We are still talking about how nice our vacation was.

Condo was convenient to all the beaches. Quiet and tucked away. Plenty of living space for our party of 4. Bedding was skimpy as were the pillows. Messaging from vacasa staff prior to stay was excellent.

Conveniently located, very easy to get around, w/ great amenities. Loved the multiple pool location and private beach! The condo was roomy, equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The condo needs some updating but I still totally recommend staying there!

Perfect for our family

Perfect for our family

This condo rental suited our family well. There is plenty of space in the configuration of bedrooms and baths. Each of our teenagers had their own room with the office room including a comfortable pull out sofa. Everything was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans and cooking utensils. The only mild complaint is the coffee maker is missing its lid. The Sea Colony amenities and proximity to the beach (with parking passes for the beach front area) never disappoint.
