Close to the casinos in Laughlin and the Avi Casinio. The prestigious Palo Verde Meadows a private community is known for it's lakes, 40 acre greenbelt and 11 acre lagoon with sandy beaches, private Boat launch with gated parking. There is also a 9 hole golf course. Parking is limited to 6 spaces on driveway. There is no overnight street parking. Swim from your own private dock with NO RIVER CURRENT right out your back door. Truly relax by not hauling your boat in and out. Just tie off your boat or jet skis to our private dock just steps to your back door. Launch your boat with ease from the private gated boat launch ramp with gated parking 1/4 mile from your driveway. Riverfront home has all the amenities of home 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with two kings and one queen size mattresses, 4 bunk beds. Additional small office with desk and printer. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms. Game room with slot machines. Two 60 inch TV's with Roku and fast internet WI-FI Extra large gourmet kitchen well stocked with all the essentials including high-end appliances and large outdoor gas BBQ grill. Bedroom Linens and bath towels provided. Easy onsite access to the Colorado River, boat up to the casinos and Davis dam. Take a ride down to the Topock Gorge, Pirates Cove, the Sand Bar and the London Bridge in Lake Havasu.

The property was fantastic! Plenty of room for our party of 10. It was easy to find and there was very little noise around the area. Water access was also great, just go down the steps and there was the private dock and the kids and adults could swim there. A nice beach was across the lagoon and some swam over there and others paddle boarded across. The owners left paddle boards and a water mat for out use. It was great. I had to message Christine a couple of times with basic questions and she returned the message within minutes. She was also great to communicate with both over the phone and via message. I would highly recommend this location. I could go on more, but let me just say we loved the place and had a great time. One more thing the kids loved the 3 vintage arcade games. Larry and Bonnie

This is an absolutely beautiful property, with one of the best locations on the river. The private lagoon is worth every penny you might spend to stay here. Add to that, the private boat launch and this is the best place to go if you have a boat. The owner of the home is The Most attentive owner I have ever dealt with. She was so amazing and helpful with anything we needed or questions we had. The home is very open and spacious with tons of sleeping space. Could use another shower in the downstairs bathroom, but no points taken away for house design. Huge kitchen area, with every utensil and appliance you might need. The extra long driveway was also perfect since we came in a 31' motorhome with a boat. No problem keeping both vehicles in the driveway. Thank you Christine for all of your help and assistance, I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at this property for the 4th of July weekend and loved the location. The water is calm in the marina so it is perfect for swimming and leaving your water toys tied up to the dock overnight. There is a great beach area across from the dock that is perfect for little ones to spend the day without having to worry about boat traffic or the river current. The house was clean upon us arriving and is located in a great quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping and awesome restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was unbelievable me and my adult children were able to be all together on the river the house was perfect for us with all amenities! Christine was a wonderful host and available any time I reached out all my family had an amazing stay and can’t wait to go back again ! Out in AZ for a softball tourney. The property was amazing and perfect for our 3 families staying together. The lower room w all the bunkbeds was PERFECT for a bunch of teenage girls to hide out in. The views were so beautiful and the space was ideal for all of us to stretch out in and not feel like we were on top of each other. No issues at all during this stay!
