The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. The exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed. The smart TV is located in the bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 3, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room PARKING: If you are traveling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 530 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door codes 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by the day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self-guided check-in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way.

Because this property functions more like a hotel they need someone at the front desk. 24/7 to handle issues. There were loud parties in rooms 3 nights I was there. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana 24/7. People would park in the unloading zone and not more there cars for days. When I would try to address the issues they really couldn’t be addressed until the next day when someone was at the property because contacting people online about the issues took too long and the property manager who left his number at desk to call wouldn’t answer. This is an unsafe property that needs to be addressed immediately

The spot was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the warehouse district and French quarter. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. We had no issues addressing or contacting them. Hope to be back soon.

This location is absolutely safe and within walking distance to French quarter. Apartment is stunning decor that I'm about to copy everything for my own apartment. Communication with host is great for anything. Only thing is that I wish they had more than 8 free parking spaces, but they free up too. I would 10/10 stay there again when I'm in New Orleans.
