(PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPLEX WITH HAVE ALL ITS CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS AND PAVERS REPLACED AFTER LABOR WEEKEND, THIS WILL TAKE ROUGHLY 4 WEEKS) Keep your cars tucked away during a winter storm in the 2 car private garage with Tesla charging station. There is a storage area in the garage for skis and snowboards along with boot/glove warmers. Relax after a great day on the hill in the living room that offers guests a gas fireplace, flat screen Smart TV with HD cable, Streaming, Blu-Ray player and sound system. Dine in with your friends and family in the fully equipped kitchen. Family and friends can enjoy meals at the large dining room table. Great stay! Perfect for our group of 7. Spacious and felt like home. So many spices etc that made cooking convenient. Everything worked great, hot tub was amazing, and check in/out was easy. Hope I get to come back!The Village was about 20 minutes walking or 3-5 minute drive. Eagle Lodge was about the same, but we chose to drive for skiing just to avoid carrying everything.

Yes.. we did have an issue with the stove and contacted Mammoth Reservations. We had to turn off circuit breaker because electric igniter wouldn’t stop.

Beautiful, clean, and well stocked house! One of the better places we’ve stayed in Mammoth!

The home has many deferred maintenance issues. Electrical outlets that don’t work, shower door in master bath does not close. Screen to deck comes of track constantly. The housekeeping was horrible and we had to ask them to return the morning after we arrived. Floors were filthy and carpet full of dog hair. And we love dogs!! Sofa was so dirty we had to use towels to sit on to feel comfortable.
Just wondering if the owners know how poor their home is being taken care of. Sad because the home is beautiful and location is perfect.
