It seemed new, clean, and comfortable exactly what I wanted! The bed was soft and the shower relaxing. The breakfast had good options and was a nice start to the day.
The staff I met or saw in the hallway were friendly and pleasant.
It may be minor, but The only irritation would be the way breakfast is arranged. There were good options but was unclear what is offered or where everything was. This caused a lot of people including myself to walk around almost aimlessly just to look at the options. Many people were going all kinds of different directions trying to look but not bump into others.
Or once the desired item is found it hard to get to it with others in the way looking.
Coffee for example: cups are not near the machine so you have to wait for the person adding to their coffee to get a cup then go back to the machine. Then as you’re adding to yours, you are in the way of the next person.
I understand I may have been there on a busy day, but if want or expect your hotel to be busy, you may want to rethink the layout.

The hotel itself appeared new and fairly clean. The location was in a calm spot and a 15 minute drive really to anything!
There was a sign to put out if you did not want housekeeping. We never put that out because we like to come back to a clean room with our dirty towelslodging and the trash emptied if we are paying for multi nights of lodging. When I asked the front desk on day why we werent getting these things, he stated that we had to request cleaning specifically which was never shared with us. I asked of we could then have someone come take the trash and take the dirty towels and was told (it was 3 pm) that they (cleaning crew) were all gone for the day. I then asked for clean towels for the 3 of us which he gave me but we still had a mound of dirty towels that were accumulating and in the way in the very small bathroom. In a location that has several sandy beaches nearby, a broom would have been helpful to keep up with the sand that we unknowingly were bringing into the room.

Good location, easy to get to, not a super crazy busy location.
Our room was right next to the lobby, which we did have some noise which would be typical of a lobby situation. The bathroom was lacking. Hair was found on the towel rack and the body was dispenser was empty, and the shampoo was almost empty. If you’re offering these services, please make sure your staff verifies the fullness levels.
