Loved our stay! So close to everything! Especially good for children-- there's a public park and playground less than two blocks away, and I love that the host provided a travel crib and some toys.

This was a great vacation house. Its location was great for the places we wanted to visit-downtown, seafood restaurants and beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The house is nicely decorated. We were there for Christmas and the host provided a Christmas tree which was so appreciated. We used the fully equipped kitchen to prepare Christmas dinner. Our family enjoyed a walk around the park. Instructions for use of the house were clear and placed for easy viewing. Entry and leaving was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

My wife, sister, 3-year-old son, and I stayed here for a family wedding weekend. My son slept great in the bunk bed and loves having the playground right across the street. The location of the house is so close to everything downtown, which was so convenient. The house was clean and comfortable.

So glad we chose to stay here for our out-of-town wedding. We were very close to venue, adorable downtown and food coop. This place has great bedding and showers. It was stocked with essentials, had some homey additions and was decorated beautifully. Thanks for sharing your place wirh us.

I was is in town to visit my daughter. Her apartment is very small so I was looking for a place nearby. Hotels downtown were quite expensive this particular weekend and not as close as I hoped. This unit was a great price even though I only needed one room. It was a quick walk to her apartment and so close to all of the action downtown. Alexandra was always quick to respond with accurate information. When I arrived my code did not work to unlock the door. I called and it was fixed. Easy peasy!

We were very pleased with our stay! Pictures of place are accurate. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Host was a sweetheart and very accommodating. One suggestion, while getting ready for our weekend wedding, could use a few more mirrors outside of bathrooms. Would certainly rent here again!

This was a fantastic way to visit the beach in Pensacola. 15 minute drive and this property had everything we needed to go to the beach. Neighborhood was perfect, seems like every house on the street was purposed the same. I would definitely do this spot again!

This property was perfect for pur weekend visit. It was 10 mins from base which made picking up our son easy. 10min walking distnace to downtown or the electiec bike rentals were across the street at the park. We lucked out there were summer home games to the Wahoo baseball team who had a fireworks show Sat night, which we had the perfect view on the front porch. Highly recommend!

This home was very clean upon arrival, set up to meet our needs for a three night stay. Walking distance to a great park and the downtown area. The owner was easy to communicate with when needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend for couples, families or friends.

We stayed here over Christmas while we visited my son who’s stationed at the base. The location can’t be beat. 4 minutes to Palofox street, 6 minutes to the Flyers stadium, 15 minutes to the mall, grocery stores and lots of restaurants near by. The home was very comfy and had all we we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I asked if the home would have a Christmas tree and the owners very graciously put one up. This meant so much with my son being away from home for the first time at Christmas. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was well kept and very clean. Was not a fan of the neighborhood, but we had no issues. It was a good proximity to PCC which served our purpose. Better pillows in the primary bedroom would be great.

We stayed in Pensacola for a dance competition so we needed a convenient place in town to travel back and forth. Alexandra was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with and the house was as advertised. We were able to sleep 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) easily. We loved the park across the street and spent mornings and nights walking and working out there. The house is close to all the downtown Palafox restaurants and events. The home is simple and updated which we appreciated and has all the things one needs to be in a home away from home. The host was responsive and we would stay again.

The pictures of the property looks exactly as the property is. It’s location is also central no too far from the beaches, but also not directly in the hustle of all things. We truly enjoyed our time here. Alex communicated with us throughout, even occasionally checking in to ensure we didn’t need anything. I would consider this property, if/when I’m back in that area. #FloBama was good to us.
