Located in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely condo for $267 per night is a great choice for your next break. Come and stay in our beautiful newly redecorated two bedroom two bath condo that is directly on the beach with unobstructed sunset views. Our condo has an elevator that opens directly onto the balcony. The pool is just steps away from the elevator. There is an outdoor seating area to the south of the pool area. The master suite with attached bath includes a king size bed, flat screen tv and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, flat screen tv and closet space. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. The second bathroom is in the hallway right next to the second bedroom. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans, cable and WiFi. Relax and enjoy the beach view from the living area that comfortably seats five and has a pullout sofa bed. The adjoining dining area seats four at the table with two stools at the kitchen counter as well. The well stocked kitchen has all new appliances and dishes along with a coffee maker and toaster. There is also a new washer and dryer in our unit. Blow dryers, iron and ironing board and beach towels are all provided. A storage closet located in the covered parking area downstairs is full of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler. We have a strict no pet policy. Pets are not allowed in our condo complex or even on the beaches here in Indian Rocks Beach. I will only book through VRBO to insure a safe and secure booking process.

Location: Great location; several restaurants within walking distance and nice quiet/safe area. Host: Very responsive. Property: Pool heated and available in cooler weather. Nice outside seating area. We didn't use beach chairs, etc. but available. Unit: Needs some work. Nicely decorated, not over the top beachy. Can tell updated in some areas but maybe could have been better quality . First night: husband locked in bathroom for almost 10 minutes due to broken/cheap sliding door, problem with running toilet. We fixed both. Two things that bring down this rating to 2.5-3. Kitchen cupboard laminate is peeling off and almost cut myself a couple times. Bugs- you expect a bug or two in Florida but found one or two in kitchen/on walls almost everyday. I would add the host got right back to me with our first night issues and said she would follow-up.

Lovely condo! Stayed with my husband and two adult children. It was the perfect size for us. Kitchen is well equipped. The location can't be beat. The elevator is a game changer. It was so nice to be able to walk out and be at the beach and pool. Also, having beach chairs and towels available was wonderful. We will be back.

Wonderful week walking for miles on the pristine beach and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in at night. House was very clean and decorated beautifully. Bed was super comfortable and linens were lovely. Pool was clean and warm with plenty of chairs and lounges. Location was quiet and private, many blocks away from the high rise hotels but easy to get back into St. Petersburg or Tampa. Parking right under the unit was convenient and having the elevator take you right to the condo was great. Will definitely be back.

Our stay was interupted by hurricane idalia however we were still able to stay the amount of nights we wanted after the hurricane had passed. The hosts stayed in contact very well would rocommend

The location is amazing! Just a 10 minute drive to clearwater and beach was way less populated! The sand on the beach is like powdered sugar and the water was so calm. Host provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, even a cooler, and plenty of toys to include boogie boards and floaties! I could not get hot water in the master shower but not a big deal as it was hot and there was another shower if necessary. We saw a dolphin jump out of the water 5 times about 100 yds from us while we were swimming and a tree frog jumped on my husband. Saw a bunch of crabs on the beach and millions at the nature preserve which was just a block away. Tons of friends already asking where we stayed. Had a blast and definitely would come back!

We really enjoyed the location of our unit! We were within walking distance of some great restaurants. Absolutely loved the view and the sunsets from the balcony! Having the elevator open directly onto our balcony was super convenient too. Our host was also quick to respond! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was as described. It was comfortable, clean, good location, very beachy feel to the unit. The elevator was a great perk and well appreciated. The host was easy to contact and quick to reply. We hope to visit again. Highly recommend.

Condo was overall very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basic needs. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The balcony was a nice place to take in the gorgeous gulf views (saw dolphins twice!). The unit’s location between Clearwater and Madeira Beach was perfect for restaurants and shopping. We very much enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Waking up to the ocean was incredible. I loved the cozy throw blankets and the kitchen was so well stocked. We were able to walk to some really great restaurants. Pickleball was only a few blocks away. Perfect location. Look forward to returning for longer next year!

This property was perfect. I wish I could give it 6 stars!! Only about 15 minutes from Clearwater. Being able to watch the sunset from the balcony was my favorite part. Walking distance to restaurants. Unfortunately Guppers was closed which was right across the street. The property had everything you could think of... beach towels/chairs/umbrella, coffee maker, stronger Sunscreen ;) washer/dryer with laudry soap, and the private elevator was an added bonus. We had one cooler day but the pool was nice and warm. Valerie's message on how to get into the condo was descriptive and made it so easy. We will definitely stay here again!!

Property was as advertised....great location and gulf views....condo was well maintained, updated, and comfortable. Though small, spent a great deal of time on the deck, morning coffee, lunch, and sunset. Beach chairs and umbrellas (a must for us midwesterns') were a great addition. Indian Rocks Beach is a great location with restaurants, and only a short drive to other stores and activities. We would certainly stay here again....

We just got home from our stay and I'm ready to go back! The condo was clean and in the perfect location....only steps to the beach. The view is phenomenal, we spent every evening on the balcony watching the sunsets. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. A major plus was the beach gear provided. It was so convenient and cost effective not to have to purchase beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, a lot within walking distance. We did have to drive to a grocery store but it was a short drive. Valerie was very nice to work with, quick to respond to any questions and the check in process was very smooth. We hope to return next year and hopefully this condo will be available. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for the memories!

Owner was very flexible making a change to our travel dates which I appreciated! The condo is in a great location oceanfront with a great view. No need to go down to the beach for sunsets. Complex has a pool which is nice. Elevator directly to the condo was the parking lot made arrival and departure very easy. Condo is roomy and clean. Kitchen if fully equipped. Great value for oceanfront rental!

They location/makeup of the property was ideal for a family of four traveling with two young (4 and 2) children. The unit overlooks the pool and the beach making it easy to travel to and from each easy. The elevator to the fourth floor also made it easy to go back and forth. There were plenty of restaurants within a mile or two which was suitable for walking and driving. The pictures of the unit were accurate. It was a little aged but it was reflected in the price we paid for the unit. Overall, this checked everybox for us.

This condo and beach is all you could ask for the owner and the lady that helps her are the best there is! We stayed for a week and did not want to leave! The elevator is a great accessory it takes you right down to pool and beach wonderful for loading your vehicle!! I will be recommending this condo to all my friends and family and WE WILL BE BACK!!

Couldn’t have been happier with this amazing condo on the beach. Interior so so stylish and the balcony was the perfect location to sit in the evening watching the sun set over the Gulf. Kids absolutely loved the pool as well. Thanks so much, hope to come back in the future.
