Spacious Large Homestyle Family Cabin in LMP Arnold
About this house rental
Nestled in Arnold, this charming house for $400 per night is a great choice for your next break. Evergreen cabin is a cozy retreat for a perfect getaway ideal for one large family and multiple families as well. The cabin is a few houses up from the lake in Lakemont Pines,(REC privileges included) which has a beach with activity rentals including kayaks, paddle boats, shuffle board, fishing nets and ping pong tables. There is a view of the lake from the deck where you can relax and BBQ. Inside the house are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and grill. Bring your own beach towels we have the rest of the linens and bath stuff covered. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates ,bowls ,pots ,pans and full array of appliances .There are plenty of T.V's to entertain at night along with a Foosball table & POOL TABLE. There is also internet and cable. In the family/living room you have a felt card table/bumper pool. Chess /checkers table. With Lake Tahoe to the north and Yosemite National Park to the south, the town of Arnold boasts a truly central location in the Sierra. At the 4,000 foot elevation, you have the unique opportunity to pursue a wide and varied roster of activities year round. You can, literally, golf in the morning and ski all afternoon, and with excellent highway access. In addition to the attributes of mild climate and year-round recreation, Arnold is also the perfect place for an inexpensive family vacation and is just a three hour drive from the Bay Area. Pet friendly.

The place is great a lot of space and extra room.
But some of the appliances needs to check or replace Like the lamps, Blender also the Pool Table needs to upgraded.
But overall we love the place. It is the one of the best cabin we rent so far.

This home suited my family just fine … we were close enough to our home (3hr drive) so everyone could drive up at any given time….The bedroom/bathroom set up worked just fine… We had a few issues at the beginning… but these issues did not reflect on the house set-up at all …. And we’re immediately taken care of … we loved the great room .. it was big enough for everyone to sit comfortably while the kids played cards or did a puzzle on the different table set ups… we had a wonderful time together including a last night walk to Spooky Hallow with the kids !!! Very fun and very funny!!! You will have a great time booking this home … we did !! Becky S

Spent a great long weekend here for a family reunion and a special family event at the nearby Avery Hotel. The house is well kept up, clean, and very spacious with plenty of beds and bath rooms. We used the firepit which was very nice. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Owner was quick to respond and very helpful when we needed help starting the firepit.

Beautiful home in lakeside community

Wonderful Family Getaway
Spent four nights here enjoying the area of Murphys and Arnold. Spectacular weather and so much to see and do. Very comfortable home and the kids always had entertainment. Amazing game room downstairs for adults, and a small game area upstairs to keep the younger kids at. Well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, and the house canoe on the nearby lake. Would love to return again in the springtime. Thank you for our much needed family get away.

Our Family had a Wonderful Time - Highly Recommend
This spacious cabin fit our large family perfectly. We had a great time going to Lakemont Pines Lake during the day, and at night barbequing and sitting around the fire. The cabin is stocked with kayaks, several adult and children life jackets, beach chairs, board games, books, large propane grill, fire pit, pool table, and Foosball. Great location, quiet Forest setting and waling distance to Lake. Lat was a wonderful host, very friendly. Would definitely Rent again.
