Lovely place to stay, facilities were great besides the pool not being heated. Had a problem with a light in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately

Location is everything this hotel is walking distance to darling harbour, china town & Pitt st mall
We arrived at 2:15 our room wasn’t ready which is fine check in was at 3pm however we arrived back at the hotel at 4:10pm to find out it still wasn’t ready we had an over tired 2 year old who needed a nap we were told we could go to the lounge. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:55pm and I had to go ask if it was ready they didn’t call/text me. Almost 2 hours over due and all they did was give access to the pool and lounge. The room was mostly clean however 1 bathroom still had hair in the sink and floor. Even over peak season an almost 2 hour delay into our room is abit ridiculous and no compensation or apology.
