This location is close to Three Rivers Heritage Trail (walking/biking along the river), a 10 min walk to downtown, a 10 min drive to Oakland Hospitals and Universities (Pitt & CMU) Perfect for professionals, doctors, students or business travelers who need to be close to Oakland or Downtown Pittsburgh. Please note that outdoor security cameras are being installed, one on each of the four sides of the building. With a wide angle view the entire perimeter of the building is covered. There are no cameras indoors, and the purpose of the outdoor cameras is for security only.

Half an hour from the airport, 10 mins walk from the giant eagle, 5 mins walk from some fantastic bars and restaurants the location is perfect. The property itself is brilliamt, immaculatly clean with a great kitchen, excellent water pressure and really comfy beds. Before arrival I was a little concerned about noise from the street, but wasnt an issue at all in our stay even though the steelers were playing. Brilliant place to stay.

Excellent accommodations for a group of 5 unrelated people. Everything worked properly. Beds, linens, towels are of good quality. Nice furniture. You do need to be able to do stairs comfortably. There is no railing to the third floor. Bring ear plugs to cancel noise from the street. We would definately stay here again.

South Side Flats is a great property close to downtown, strip district and all things Pittsburgh. Kitchen set up well as is rest of house would rent again.Stacey was also easy to work with and very attentive

Excellent place!

We were a group of 6 traveling from Texas and NY to go to a Steelers game. Location for stadium was great! Location on the south side was great too. Walked everywhere. About a mile walk to train station that takes you into downtown. We had a car but never used it. Property was clean and cozy. Wish there were extra blankets but that is it! Would stay here again.

The place was extremely clean, and we had plenty of space for our extended family to enjoy our short stay. And having 4 parking spaces was amazing since we needed 3. If you have not traveled to Southside before, trust me that you will enjoy the access to parking. Host was a great communicator! We will reserve again.

This place is an absolute oasis in a very bar/restaurant heavy area. Perfect for a friends trip who don't mind lots of energy in the area. The host was very communicative and we couldn't have been happier with the overall stay.

I was a little skeptical looking at the surrounding area, but his place was perfect. The property was well kept and very spacious. Having off street parking was a nice amenity. Close to restaurants, bars and not far from the center of city.
