You don’t see a triple bunk bed everyday, but it does in fact mean triple the fun. This charming property comes with a separate carriage house for guests of guests looking for a little more privacy or friends who want to turn in early. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Property is exactly how the listing described. Upon arrival we were welcomed with gifts which was an excellent way to start our vacation. I stayed here with my family of 15 with the youngest being 4 months and it was perfect for everyone! The only small inconvenience is there only being one bathroom downstairs and it being located in a room. However this was only a small inconvenience and my family and I would definitely stay here again!

The property was to the t of what was on the site me and my family really felt at home away from home it was spacious with the house and the two separate pool house rooms this was totally a great choice we will stay again for sure

The main complaint about the property was the bathroom! The main bathroom downstairs is located in a bedroom. When your elderly parents go to bed early and everyone else is staying up late playing games you had to run upstairs to use restroom where the little ones were also sleeping! Location GREAT!!! Walking distance to the beach.

We loved being back under one roof as a family. The location was excellent. The amenities allowed us to cook meals together, sit around the table, and enjoy family time. We LOVED the pool table. Great addition to the property!

Liked the house - #bedrooms, #bathrooms, enjoyed the pool, location was fantastic. Place is a little dated. Had issue with the plumbing in the back/pool house but the property manager took action right away. Would stay there again.

Great proximity to beach if you are unable to stay on beach. Literally walk out door, go down the street to the left and beach right there. Great house for large family with kids.

The house was absolutely filthy. Floor was sticky upon arrival - hosting guests had cleaners come back. They came back to attempt to re-clean three different times based on when it worked out for them. However there were babies sleeping and we didn’t want to wake them with the vacuum.
Kitchen dishware was dirty and old, dishwasher had dirty dishes, pool wasn’t cleaned, dining table, coffee table all dirty. We went out to buy cleaning supplies to wipe and clean ourselves. Charging a cleaning fee was laughable.
Pool looked much larger in the photos but we probably should’ve known better. Photos are not reality.
Dilapidated furniture both inside the house and by the pool.
WIFI cannot support the amount of occupants in the house with cellphones. If you offer an occupancy of 15+, consider adding a mesh router.
Bathroom between bunk room and another guest room had a clogged pedestal sink. AC vents in another guest room facing the pool on the 2nd floor barely blew any cold air.
This house needs major help and until then no one should spend their money on this place.
The only positives experienced on this trip happened outside of the this rental.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was just a couple of blocks from the beach, which kept the sand out of our cars. I would definitely recommend this property for large family stays.

We were there for a family vacation. The home was perfect for us! We had a few minor issues, and we called the maintenance team! They were very very responsive and professional. They were just AWESOME!
The home is walking distance from the beach. The overall area was very nice. We will book this again in the future.

The Polly is a great house for 4-5 family easily!! The house is large with another in law suite type home in the back. The has rooms are split up so every family has their privacy. The pool, BBQ And sunroom is plus! Did I say the home is a close 5mins walk to the beautiful blue water beach with white sands! Overall the house was clean and management were very responsive to all needs. Please note there is an extra charge for pool heating which is not clear in the listing description. However, Avant management took care of it. Again, lovely stay and highly recommend it!!

However, the property is definitely long overdue for maintenance. Walls/paint were super dirty, the carpet on the stairs looked like it hadn't been changed in 10+ years, the fridge/freezer had multiple broken/missing shelves, etc.
The kitchen isn't very well stocked at all. There is very limited storage containers, no plastic wrap/foil, etc. So plan on having to buy those essentials on your own.
General cleanliness of the property was definitely sub-par upon our arrival. We wiped down the kitchen counters with Lysol wipes just to be safe and they ended up covered in grime.
Our biggest problem however was the sewer backing up in the guest house on the Sunday morning of our trip. We had raw sewage backing up into the shower and out from under the base of the toilet. In my communications with the property manager, I learned this wasn't a new problem and happened to guests two weeks before. Unlikely/unforeseen things like this happen, I get it...but this happened on Sunday morning of our trip and wasn't resolved until Tuesday. After a battling with AvantStay, we got some of our trip refunded but not nearly enough given everything noted.

There's tons of seating both inside and out, the private pool with a high fence around it was so nice (definitely worth it to have the option of both pool and beach), and it's an easy walk to the beach, Starbucks, and several restaurants. The separate carriage house in the back provides additional privacy, which I could see being great for a multi-family or extended family trip where everyone's bedtimes vary. The carriage house has its own kitchen, too, and we loved having that additional fridge for storing refreshments. The beds are all HUGE, plenty of bathrooms... Can we stay forever? Thanks to the AvantStay team for easy check-in and quick responses throughout our stay!

Overall the stay was excellent. The property manager was quick to respond to issues, however we did have some challenges with the dryer while we were there and it did take a couple of days to work through that issue. The property manager did try to work with us on a solution to help mitigate the issue. The home was as described and the location was perfect.
