Located in Mammoth Lakes, this charming house for $1,050 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Nestled in the trees alongside the 16th green and fairway of the the Sierra Star Golf Course this spacious and bright 3000+ sq ft family retreat is perfectly located to provide the whole family with endless recreational options during all seasons, incl. skiing, fishing, hiking, boating & golf. The home is located less than a ½ mile from Little Eagle Lodge (Chair 15) and the Village with the shuttle (#49) just steps down the driveway. Property has a spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. It is only one of a few homes in Timbers that can accommodate up to 12 guests. It's perfect for large or multi-family/friends vacations. This property is equipped with all the comforts of home including: - Fully stocked kitchen, including a microwave, blender, coffee makers (regular, single K cup, and french press), food processor, toaster, and electric kettle - High quality linens and multiple pillows on all beds; king-sized pillows for the king beds; standard-sized for the queen/twin/bunk beds - Towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap in all full bathrooms; hairdryers included - Smart TV's in the living room, den and 2 master bedrooms - Grill and outdoor dining table on upper balcony to enjoy during the spring and summer; private outdoor jacuzzi on lower balcony - Large laundry room with 2 Washers and 2 dryers in unit - Parking for four cars (2 in garage, 2 in driveway, also some guest spots nearby) - Shuffleboard and tons of board games, puzzles and books to choose from - Sleds and snow scraper - Spices, oils, vinegars, sugar, splenda, etc usually present but not guaranteed - Initial supply of paper towels, napkins, dish and laundry detergent provided - Humidifiers There are two master bedrooms w/en suite bathrooms, two additional couples bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a large loft with two twin beds (each with a trundle) and a desk, and a open den with 2 bunk beds. Lots of indoor seating for dining and relaxing, including a large sectional sofa in front of fireplace and large flat screen TV. Hardwood floors, and flagstone flooring throughout living area. Views of the golf course and the beautiful Sherwin Mountains. Property has a Ring security camera near the front door. **** Advanced Air is offering direct semi-private charter flights from Hawthorne, Burbank and Carlsbad directly into Mammoth Airport beginning June 30. My friends and I chose Tara's house for our stay in Mammoth and it was great! The house is very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and we never ran out of dishes. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. There were plenty of linens. We had a slight Internet issue and it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend the place for your stay.

This is a very nice property. Clean and quality. It worked very well for a family gathering: getting everyone together in the great room, preparing meals together every night in a nice kitchen, with a big table for eating together. The bedrooms were great, the parking situation was great for our 3 cars, and overall everyone had a wonderful experience. Plus, we were treated to a magical early autumn snowfall, with big fluffy floating snowflakes! Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great, we all had good time. The property is right next to golf course road and Main Street so traffic noise.
Roof repairs were in process in the complex so that caused a lot of construction noise during the day.
Condo has a lot of stairs which were not described or pictured in listing.

We really loved our stay at Tara’s home in Mammoth Lakes. Tara was a wonderful host- responsive, helpful, and kind.
We came for our annual friends and family trip to Mammoth and had 8 adults as well as 4 kids all 3 and under. The house was well appointed for space and privacy. Plus there were two laundry machines and two dryers so doing laundry was a breeze.
The house is extremely well stocked- ample pots and pans for anything you would want to cook, ample towels, toilet paper, and paper towels and dish soap. So many other places we have stayed only provide one roll, but Tara’s house had several for us to go through in the 10 or so days we were there. That was a really nice touch.
Fans in every room and humidifiers too- it gets so dry in Mammoth and it was so nice to have those handy for dryer and warmer days.
The location of the home is wonderful- close to downtown Mammoth and the drive up to the Lakes, which was a daily trip we took to do hikes and play in the water.
The one thing I would recommend is just a dusting of the blinds and also a thorough cleaning of the grill. We grilled a few nights and the first night we called the fire dept because there were some huge flames coming from the gas grill that we were not sure we could get down. It ended up calming down after a while but it was definitely a bit scary! The house did have a fire extinguisher.
Overall we would stay here again definitely! A wonderful trip at a lovely spacious home.

This was a great location for our 4 families with a total of 7 kids under 10. Everything was as advertised, it was well-stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the double washer/dryer were a bonus. We loved the location and took nightly walks on the... nice green grassy area... nearby.
Tara was very communicative and was very amenable to our asks.

We just got home from an fabulous 4-night stay in this amazing Mammoth Mountain vacation home. We had both sunny skies and blizzard conditions on this ski trip and whether on the slopes or cozying up and enjoying playing games in front of the fireplace, we were all in mountain living heaven here. The house was a short ride to Eagle Lodge via the Green Line bus which was just around the corner, making trips to and from the lifts super easy. This house was large and spacious and incredibly well appointed, both in styling and functionality in every way. We cooked all meals in while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a large group of extended family from age 5 to 78 and there was plenty of beds and space for everyone. A few things required contacting our host, Tara, and she was prompt in response, friendly and accommodating. We all want to come back again next year and we give this beautiful mountain home and it's friendly owner 4 stars. ****

We lucked out with this property. Great communication with the owner. The pilot balloon blew out on the fireplace and they had a service man fix it the next day. Great amenities. We also lucked out with the weather! Kids were able to sled next to golf course. Shuttle to Eagle Lodge literal steps from the property. Would stay in this beautiful house again.

We spent Christmas with adult children and grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and maintained. Tara responded quickly to questions. Our grandchildren loved sledding at the end of the cul-de-sac and enjoyed numerous provided games. Highly recommend.

This spacious and well equipped condo fit two families easily and provided easy access to all of Mammoth’s activities. We loved the hot tub too! Big fans!
