I heavily enjoyed the fact that the hotel is located right in the center, everything is a walking distance away. Tram 22 (the tram that takes you all across Prague) is a 2-3 minute walk away from the hotel.
Something else I was pleasantly surprised was how spacious the room was, for the money I paid I actually expected less. But the hotel is not only well kept the inside is massive enough space for anything you need.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.
Something I didn’t enjoy was how dusty and dry the room was and nothing I did to prevent it helped. I did notice on the last day the sheets weren’t the cleanest.

I stayed in the Numa Prague Root for over a week at the end of May due to my husband having a cardiac attack & a quick change of plans as he received medical care at the Prague University Hospital. Staff were contactable by phone & were very helpful in making changes to my booking when I needed to extend my stay, the location was great for the hospital & the rooms I stayed in were quiet & nicely set up. Very handy to have access to a washer/dryer in the basement.
It would be nice to have access to a microwave in each room.

My room wasn’t having conditioner system. If it’s +35 in city could be a problem.

We loved how close the property was to literally everything. Restaurants, shops, and attractions were all within a maximum of about 8 minutes, which made getting around extremely convenient.
On the first night, a bathroom pipe burst and the water spread as far as the kitchen. Unfortunately, the contact number on Booking did not work on Viber or WhatsApp, so it was difficult to reach the host during the emergency, which caused about an hour of stress late at night. Once we managed to get in touch, we were moved to another apartment in the same building. The issue was fixed the next day, but having to move back meant packing and unpacking twice, which was a bit inconvenient.
Additionally, there were no slippers provided, and the floor was quite cold. Many travelers don’t bring slippers, so this would be a helpful addition. I would recommend having a phone number available on Viber or WhatsApp for emergencies and providing slippers for guests.
