Easy check-in and check-out process.
Quiet.
There were available all basic necessities.
I also liked the set of tea.
Also free lockers were a big plus, so I could temporary leave my belongings on the day of check-out.
Overall I am very satisfied and would use Numa in future.
I’m a bit worried that I had to upload my ID document to the Numa app to be able to check-in. I hope that the data is protected well.
Wifi was slow, and TV signal was poor.
For me the mattress was too plush.

Location
Beautiful building
Nice design
I traveled for business and in my opinion it was not the best experience.
The breakfast starts at 9 AM, so a bit to late for a business traveler. I ended up having breakfast 2 out of 4 nights. I have to say that the quality of the breakfast is very good.
Breakfast location is about 500m away, which is fine if you have a lot of time but not optimal if you have a busy schedule.
Cleaning is only once per week.
It’s not comfortable to spend time checking, reading where to find all kinds of things that you would ask from a receptionist and walking around for breakfast.
The price of the hotel is similar to 4 star hotels and the services are like you would book an apartment on Airbnb, so I would prefer to spend the same ammount or more on the services a hotel offers.

We loved how close the property was to literally everything. Restaurants, shops, and attractions were all within a maximum of about 8 minutes, which made getting around extremely convenient.
On the first night, a bathroom pipe burst and the water spread as far as the kitchen. Unfortunately, the contact number on Booking did not work on Viber or WhatsApp, so it was difficult to reach the host during the emergency, which caused about an hour of stress late at night. Once we managed to get in touch, we were moved to another apartment in the same building. The issue was fixed the next day, but having to move back meant packing and unpacking twice, which was a bit inconvenient.
Additionally, there were no slippers provided, and the floor was quite cold. Many travelers don’t bring slippers, so this would be a helpful addition. I would recommend having a phone number available on Viber or WhatsApp for emergencies and providing slippers for guests.
