This completely renovated 6th floor unit features new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, new bathrooms, fresh paint, and new flooring throughout. The coastal décor is a reflection of the tranquil breath-taking views of the emerald coast. Relax in the family room on the new leather sofas watching a 55” flat screen cable TV. Host a family meal at the six-person dining table. I've stayed at Coral Reef for years but never in this unit. This condo is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The 6th floor is high enough to enjoy the balcony and still have privacy. Check in was a breeze. Theres literally nothing negative to say. Will certainly be staying in this unit in the future.

Easy access & felt like home away from home! My Wife & kids were very happy with there beds & the showers made it so easy to bath the babies. Amazing view from the Condo & kitchen was perfect. Living room was spacious & comfortable. Beach was absolutely gorgeous & pools were pretty clean. I definitely recommend this place. The 6th floor made the view to ocean very nice & more private which we loved! We would definitely come back

We had the best week at Coral Reef 602!! The condo is literally in the PERFECT location. Outside the hustle and bustle but still super close to everything! Our beach front was never too crowded either! The condo is beautifully decorated and super cute! Exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the owner was fast and easy! We would definitely book again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The size and location of the complex were just right…not too big or small and close to the action but not the busiest part of the strip. Parking was easy and elevators were always available. Beach access was close and easy, and pool area was well-maintained and just the right size. Unit was very clean, impeccably decorated and had everything we needed. Charley was very responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. We will be back!!

Have stayed at coral reef for a number of years . It is always clean and recently updated . They need to address the luggage carts in the walkways . Overall a very nice property.

We have visited PCB several times over the years and this is our second stay in this unit. The location is just outside the busy section of PCB and nearby are many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and stores for your convenience. The condo is very well kept, managed, extremely clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We love staying in this unit. The description of the condo on the listing is exactly what you can expect. The unit is spacious, very clean, well furnished and equipped all while keeping a home away from home feel. Mr. Charley is prompt when responding to any questions, very accommodating and flexible with scheduling and always a pleasure to work with. Our trips have always been BEACH PERFECTION! Already looking forward to our next visit.

This property was exactly as advertised. The building has only 80 ish units, which even during busy spring break time, never seemed too busy. No issue getting chairs at the pool or getting an elevator. The unit itself was well stocked, spacious, and had a terrific view of the ocean and nightly sunsets. The finishes and decor were perfect. I’d highly recommend this property and would consider myself lucky to stay here again.

Let me start by saying the pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It is beautiful and absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed for our stay. The property was clean, beautiful and the staff on site were very pleasant. I loved that it is a smaller complex so no long waits for the elevator. This end of the beach is not as crowded. which I loved and we were still very close to everything. Now the owner Charles, all I can say is amazing. Charles was quick to respond to messages and made sure everything was there when we arrived. I will definitely book this condo in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is well decorated and looks up-to-date. Contact with Charley was easy and he responded quickly. We did have a little trouble at check in with one of the roll away (not his fault), but he took care of it quickly and made it right. What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend a stay here. The beach and pools were great! Thanks for a wonderful time at the water!

Our only criteria when we rented was ocean front and 3 beds. For a girls trip, we are so thankful we found this rental! From the moment we opened the door, we could see the ocean through the sliding glass door. It was breathtaking and we were so excited we had arrived. Everything about this rental was perfect. All details were exceptional and communication with the owner was superb during the whole process! We liked being at a less crowded area of PCB and we loved the privacy and security of the property. From the chairs with umbrella on the beach being included to the 6th floor location, it was the most amazing beach trip I have ever had! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a place at the beach!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! The view of the Gulf was breathtaking! I felt like I was outside all week because I could see the beautiful water from the kitchen, family room and my bedroom. The condo was beautifully decorated—everything was very new and updated. This property was beautiful and clean. The location was excellent and away from the busy of downtown PCB. Everything we needed with lots of essentials in every room. The beds were comfortable too. We did have to go buy beach towels as those were not provided and bring your beach chairs if you are able. Otherwise excellent.

We have stayed next door at Sterling Beach multiple times and this location at Coral Reef is great because it is more quiet. Love this style condo with new appliances and very comfortable beds and showers. The condo was clean, eloquently decorated and had everything we needed. Charley would quickly reply to answer any concerns I had before coming down and we spoke when I arrived to answer a couple of more questions. . Confortable beds and furniture. Thanks for making this trip relaxing; even when the weather was cold and rainy to sit and see the ocean from inside was very spiritual! Would definitely return to this unit again!
